Breakfast Restaurant IHOP reviews
15Horrible! I'll never b going back to this location. Service sucked, and the food was nasty and dirty from the grill. Don't waste your time here, find a different location to eat at.
Pancakes are fantastic but I really like there bacon waffles the are the best! Nice atmosphere relaxed and enjoy a late nite meal!
My husband and I enjoy coming here for breakfast, The omelets and pancakes are our favorite, and the gluten-free wallet is quite alright per my husband. It's affordable food, and you are seated pretty quickly. The staff is friendly and attentive.
IHOP was great the food was good the staff was friendly there was not a long wait time on a Saturday morning I was impressed
Went here with my daughter on her birthday, asked for the breakfast meal for her, got my meal as well, when the check came I was charged for both meals and asked my waitress about it, she claims that they don’t give free meals which I find hard to believe considering I got mine a few weeks earlier at a different IHOP. It’s not the cost of the meal, it’s that I felt like she didn’t have integrity and for that reason I will not be dining at this particular IHOP again.
Very dim inside…the guy helping our waitress wasn’t very friendly…the food was nasty. Burnt sausage dry waffles…my mothers sausage was undercooked and her pancakes were dry. My uncle’s omelet was burned…how do you burn eggs…!? The hash browns were basically burned potatoes chips…they were too crunchy and burned to eat. The best part of the meal was the orange juice and apple juice. The coffee was watered down. Horrible experience. I will never go back or recommend this place. It’s sad that people eat here and they don’t have enough common sense to demand better. They eat this horrible food and are satisfied spending their money here. This place is an embarrassment. First visit and definitely will be my last.
Food was exceptionally good and service was quick. Ordered take out but it was still a pleasant experience!
Food took forever to come out, and was still cold. Who wants a cold omlet? Gross. The coffee was cold. The hash browns were cold and dry. It was a huge waste of a perfectly good $20. It was so disappointing.
Is this the standard that people have for themselves? We were in from Las Vegas and went here and omg what an absolute dump. Our waitress was so disinterested in serving us on any level. Including just taking our drinks or getting us menus. We ordered the simplest stuff at a non busy time (eggs, pancakes, bacon) and after 30 min we said screw this and left. Never did get our food. The restaurant is dirty inside. Nobody has a smile. Very disinterested employees from top to bottom.
No dine in, no this on the menu, no that on the menu, hell just close! And the assistance was every bit of NOT great!
The staff was arguing with each other and on their phones. The food was not hot. Never saw a waitress after food was delivered. Staff not friendly. Waited 30 minutes for food and it wasn't very busy.
We come back over and over because the food is always fresh and comes out timely and the service is exceptional to the point we have learned a few of the servers name and they know us.
Nice enough server, but positive experience ends there. Greeted by a list of rules at the host stand which included 18% grat for parties over 4. I'm a 20%+ tipper- until I'm forced to. Plus, for parties of 4 or more is a joke.
Then, the entire staff was standing around doing nothing while we waited 20 minutes (restaurant was only ar 20% capacity) for our food. Surprise, surprise, it was cooked to death the chicken in the Fajita Omelet was cardboard. The Eggs Benedict had rubber balls for yokes.
I sent my Eggs Benedict back for another. I waited 15 minutes, and they came back just as bad. No apology. No Manager came by.
Then, we were presented with a $43 bill for 2 Sodas and 2 badly cooked breakfasts. What a joke.
This place lacks standards on anyone except for the guests which choose to eat there. I will never be one of those guests again.
I hadn't been out to IHOP for some time we had a power outage in our area so me and my son went there for breakfast I was surprised when I received the check to see that they had added in 18% gratuity. I do understand why they're doing that but all in all two breakfast plates coffee and an iced tea along with the tip my bill was $50 I think that's kind of high for just two people to have breakfast
Usually don't have any problems here but today I came in alone and saw their new house rules; you have to order and pay for your food and drink before you're even seated. Weird but I could've put up with it if someone actually was at the counter to greet people. That's always been a problem with this location but with the new rules you'd think they'd always have someone up front now.
