Enjoyed a nice quiet walk and learned some history from the area. I used an app on my phone to identify the plants. Benches along wide pea gravel trails. Wheel chair accessible to the long house. Clean Pit toilet.

Such an amazing site! It helps to tell the history of those who were on the land before us. It could be improved with more site development, and on-site docents, but.that takes money.

Love this place for a quick 1 mile walk between stl and Des Moines. Good in winter s long as it hasn't been too wet.
