Had Paige McCord do my cut and eyebrows. Very clean salon with a full service menu. I will post pictures next time. Highly recommend

James and his staff do an excellent job taking care of everyone they serve. Always clean and fun environment.

I used to love coming here when it was just Image Makers. The new owner is absolutely horrible. I’ve seen him belittle the employees in front of all the present clients, the things he says about clients in front of other clients, etc. This is no longer a good place to go to for any kind of service. The atmosphere is way too tense and the employees are terrified/ hate their jobs which makes the experience for every guest not great. I know I will not support a business that treats its employees so inhumane.

Only providing 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. My daughter came to work here when it was owned by someone else and at that time she loved it! She was fresh out of hair school and high school. There is a new owner now, a male, who thrives on talking down to the girls in front of clients. I understand what kind of program this is and the way he’s running it is unfortunate. Being an adult male, who also had to learn the world of hair once upon a time, seems to have forgotten what it was like starting out brand new. This man is hateful and upsets most who work there. Trying to run a young woman out of the hair industry by bullying her, who is likely half his age, is cruel. I know the hair industry is cut throat, but I strongly suggest never going to this salon nor allowing your children to try and learn at this salon. It’s one thing to talk down to anyone, but quite another to do it in front of your own clients. He should be embarrassed of the way he treats other human beings.

I love the place great people great service great prices I says absolutely wonderful people I would recommend going there any time that you need to get a haircut or a collar or what have you done done your hair I really love the people that really nice I'm definitely going to go back there again next time.

I absolutely love this place they're great people they're nice the prices are reasonable I will go there again I would recommend it if anybody needed to go there I would recommend it.

I moved here from Tn about 2 months ago, I help run a resort in Columbia which is 45 minutes away, but I took the advice of a friend made an appointment with Reagan drove 45 minutes spent 152 bucks on what I and others thought was a terrible job. I told her what I wanted which was to cover my grey with blond as I always do every summer she proceeded to put foils in my hair 4 hours later I'm MORE grey than what I started with. I told her b4 I left I DO NOT LIKE IT NOT WHAT I WANTED. I called next day told her it's not what I want so she tells me make an appointment she (Reagen) would fix it. With my job it's hard to make any appointments things are unexpected all the time. I had to cancel 3 times in which I did call and rescheduled every time. I finally make it in today to be told it's going to cost me another almost 100 dollars for yet a color I DO NOT WANT! This place I would not recommend to anyone the manger was rude even after I showed them photos of what I wanted what I wear color wise every summer she says it's not possible so tell me how a very experienced young lady from Tx knew what and how to color n cut hair my hair in one afternoon what Reagen and
the owner said would take 3 or 4 sessions.
Sounds like to me BAD BAD BUSINESS OR NEITHER KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT!
I would not recommend this place!

Recently had a girl's day here that included mani, pedi, facial, massage and makeup. All the services were amazing. The staff is super nice and engaging. Brianna Brockmeier did our facials, massages and makeup, I definitely recommend you go see her and their team!

I have made my 2nd appointment for a pedicure with Reagan who did an awesome, professional job last time! I was also happy with my haircut!

My wedding hair by Sidney and makeup by Brianna were flawless! I also got a massage, facial, and brows by Brianna and I'm so glad I did!

I had a great experience, at first. My first stylist cut my hair and took her time. Loved her and came back to her again. My hair is so thick many stylists struggle, even seasoned ladies. I always feel self conscious going to the salon and I actually felt comfortable with her.
Fast forward a couple weeks. Decided to get my hair colored in a fun ombre. I ended up with a different person and I honestly just assumed it would be the same person. My new stylist is funny and takes her time dying my hair. We take pictures and it looks great.for about a week. After 2 weeks, no color remained. I was so upset, I actually reached out to the company. (I never do this. I'm usually too embarrassed). They said they would try to put more color in it. I asked about cutting it since the ends had been fried, said okay. I had already spent almost $300 at my first appt. They charged me again, even though it was a customer service issue. Now, don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting free, but I didn't expect almost another $150. Ended up doing different, temporary colors, and giving me some color Conditioner (still not sure if they charged me or not for that). The new girl could color my hair fine. However, when we got to cutting. I missed work I was so depressed. People at work noticed and said things. She butchered my hair. Just hacked into it. Looked like she put a bowl on my head and cut around it. It was lopsided and uneven. I've never been so upset with a haircut/color situation. I've been sitting on doing this review for a while, but I just can't stop thinking about it. I now have an appt with someone else at another location and will never be back here. I will give the new stylist I had props for being concerned with my head burning from the bleach. She was nice, but the longer I was with her I just felt like she hadn't been doing this long. I ended up going home after work and trimming it up and thinning it myself.
