Bought a gift certificate for my wife's birthday. Very impressive store! They offer not only tanning options but different therapy for the skin. Many varieties of lotions. Was very helpful answering my questions.

Image sun is the best tanning salon in KC. My whole family has been clients here for quite some time now. The salon is always spotless and the management is great! Always happy employees when I walk in and will take time to help me understand! Love this salon dearly and would never see myself going anywhere else! Patty and her husband have done a great job with this business! If you not sure about coming here, just come and try it out, the manager Maddie is a sweetheart and so understanding to talk to!

I don't understand how someone can't just accommodate a customer with a bad experience. What is so hard about accepting as a business the bad with the good. Not everyone is going to have a good experience and that's ok, but just admit it and not try to turn your customer into a non existent matter and just let them go on that note. Acknowledge their experience and learn from it. That's what will set you apart as a good business. I did not have this experience here. But, I hope that maybe this response will help this business treat all customers well and accommodate them as loyal paying customers, the ones with the good experience and the ones with the bad.

Great guest service with very reasonable pricing! I was paying almost double for the same beds and not as great guest service! Amanda (I believe is her name) explained in full each package/benefits without making me feel pressured to just make a sale. I felt confident enough to purchase a membership after just my first time there! ️️️️️
