DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PAYMENTS TO BE REFUNDED SINCE SUNDAY! Every time I call I’m getting the run around and staff is very RUDE!

Baked pasta ice cold in the center, pizza dry and burned. NOT the quality I'm used to from Imo's. Gave it a second try and basically the same. Won't visit again.

August of last year I ordered a pizza, told them my friend from Oregon was here and trying to impress STL pizza! Was worst pizza I ever got from Imos! Was actually embarrassed! Haven't been back since don't know if I will EVER go back!

This location is a hit or miss with customer service. But the pizza is always great. They have a different sauce at this location, kinda has a slight hint of sweetness. I wish all locations have this same sauce so I wouldn’t have to bother with this one.

THE WORSE PIZZA PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have a three year that could run this business better than what poor excuse of a manager is doing now! They never sent me my order and also never called to let me know it wasn’t coming. Spent almost 100.00 on food that I NEVER got! I was hung up on TWICE and still left with No answers, No pizza, and Not my money. Never again! Never again! Also they will refuse to have the owner call you and give you any information!

I walked in, I ordered a medium deluxe, the cashier (young lady) repeated a medium all meat, I responded, NO a DELUXE, she continued to complete my order. To my disappointment when I arrived home and open box it was an All Meat, horrible listening skills or just plain decided she was mot going to correct what I requested

Ordered online for a fast pickup! The pizza and wings were amazing - always the best food.

The pizza was nasty. All u tasted was sauce and it was not done all the way. Never will i order from imos pizza again.

Burned my boneless wings and tried to make me just except hard food, like no buddy If i can’t do anything but give you bad review you gone get it.

Low carb thin "cracker crust" lets you indulge in pizza with less guilt. Their cheese is iconic. Great chef's salad!

Hot thin crust Pizza and Toasted Ravioli. I decided to try because MO is the home of Toasted Ravioli. It was an ok experience. To me, a lil bit too pricey if you ask. I'm not sure if there's dipping sauce for the Ravioli, but mine could of definitely use something. A lil too dry for me. I thought I'll love it, because thin crust are my favorite.

Poor customer service and extremely rude! When asked for the owner’s name would not provide it. I was not aware they changed their product and when I saw the quality of the wings I ordered I asked for my money back and they would not give me a refund. The supposed to be manager stated that is not his problem he don’t know what to tell me. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT THE WASHINGTON AND ELIZABETH LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DON’T SPEND A DIME THERE! Pirrones is literally right down the street and they are amazing! Stop there before wasting money at this unprofessional establishment.

Ordered pizza, sandwich & pasta, all were excellent. Recommend this location! Reordered 2 weeks later & again everything was excellent~

They don't honor the coupons on the Imos website. Very upset, false advertising. I set the site to this location and the coupons still show. Manager was very unfriendly. I have had over cooked ravioli multiple times, the sauce cups melted so I cant eat the sauce, pizza lacking in ingredients, missing items, etc. After having issues with this locations food in the past and managers being unprofessional I will stop coming here. AND I'm a die hard Imos fan, I used to order here a lot. Pironnes is right down the street and they honor coupons! Groupon coupons from Pironnes for the win!

Called ordered food.about 30 min go by and we called to make sure they knew to call us when food arrived.they never called the to let us know they were at our Building instead they canceled our order so after waiting for 2 hours i called and they said they cancelled.never had this issue before at least other places call customers one star for handeling that improperly congrats on really following up with good customer service

Worst imos ever. Food prep is not the same as other locations. Pizzas are over or undercooked. Wings drowned in sauce. Terrible.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it's good & other times, not. I think Imo's is too expensive to be either good or bad. If you want a decent pizza you have to pay for extra cheese. The salad dressing cups are so tiny you need to pay extra for a decent amount of salad dressing for a large salad. I think I will save myself some money & get TJs or Dogtown frozen pizza, or make it homemade. Buy the Imos dressing at the grocery store with a bagged salad. Make my own garlic cheese bread with the Imos store bought cheese & call it a day. The saved money can go into my retirement account.

Whenever I go to Florissant, admittedly not often, I always get pizza from here and it's always really good.

When I called and placed my order the guy on the phone was DRY AF. The food was good but the service was terrible.

I ordered $51 worth of IMO's pizza and raviolis first off the delivery guy forgot half the order at the store and had to go back after waiting an hour for Pizza and the store is only 10 minutes from my house then the meat sauce cups for the ravioli were all spilt inside the bag and the raviolis were burn up I would not recommend this emails to anyone ever in life I'm so disappointed there was no type of compensation offered for the inconvenience
