Imo's Pizza

I’ve only lived in St. Louis for about two years, but Imo’s has quickly become a guilty pleasure of mine. I like the sweet tomato sauce. I like the cracker-thin crust. And yes, I even like the gooey provel cheese. I don’t pretend to be a food connaisseur, and I’ll never say no to some Chicago deep dish or a foldable NY slice, but I enjoy STL style pizza and this remains a go-to of mine. I’ve always had good luck ordering from the Clayton location.

I ordered curbside (an option on the Imo's app). Once I arrived, I let them know via the Imo's Website that I arrived. I was on a business call and after about 15+ mins, the call ended and called the store to see what was taking so long. The manager told me that they were not doing curbside. After showing her the website and the option I chose, which was also on the receipt, she stated that "we are not doing curbside". When I asked her if she should have called to let me know, she provided a rude response which I won't repeat here. Needless to say, I won't be back at this store.

I gave 3 stars because it depends on who's at the front counter. If it's any of the male workers, it's 5 stars. But unfortunately the female workers have nice/nasty dispositions which makes what could be a great experience, a bad experience.

Such good pizza. At first sauce all the way to the crust was super strange to us and the sauce reminded us of Prego spaghetti sauce, but as we dug in we couldn’t get enough. It was so stinking good. Crust was crispy and the cheese was cooked perfectly. It we were in town another day we probably would have got it again it was so good.

The store manager working on 5/28 would not provide her name for me to get help from the corporate office nor would she provide a corporate number I could ask for help to complete an online order. The website offered a deal but the website did not give a code or able to apply it to the online order. When I explained the problem the young girl said she did not know and could not help. She said she would not look up the deal on the website to help me. After I explained that I was confused why I couldn't use the deal listed and she would not check I offered to drive in to show her the website when I did curbside pick up to get the deal. She told me no she would not be able to do that. Again, I asked for the corporate number and asked for a manager. She told me she was the manager but did not have the ability to make it right. She put me on hold then came back to tell me that she somehow found it. I would recommend that everyone double check what you are getting charged and be very careful when ordering from this company. This is my first time and I would never want anyone to be treated so poorly. The service is horrible and the wait is over 1 hour.

Ordered a large pizza with cheese, sausage, green pepper and onion. There was only cheese on about 40% of the pizza. I like imos but would suggest ordering from a different location or adding extra cheese.

50 bucks with tip for a 10 and 14 inch pizza.the 10 inch was definitely a pre-made crust. 14 in possibly too.light on on the toppings.prices we were charged weren't what was on the menu.horrible

Got a meat lovers, it was delicious.
No one greets you when you come in you just kinda wait for someone to appear, but they're nice once we meet.

Placed my order then got a text that there’s a delay due to a problem with my order. Called store 3 times. For a total of 90 minutes on hold without issue being resolved or being able to even speak with an employee). What an awful experience.will not order from this location again.

Ordered pick up and it was easy. Went in and they greeted me and got my order immediately. Friendly staff. Food was great! Pizza just how I like it. Very clean inside and looks good on the out. Thanks

I ordered a carryout order which was to be ready at 6: 37 PM. My order was not ready until 7: 00 PM. There is rarely anyone upfront to talk to. While I was waiting 2 other people came in and were attended to while my order sat up front. This location has very poor customer service.

We had placed a delivery order and asked for two pizzas and a salad. They delivered the pizzas but not the salad, so we called to get our salad delivered the manager claimed we never ordered a salad and refused to deliver it to us then she hung up on us.it was horrible costumer service.

Messed up my order, but made it right to my satisfaction without me even having to ask. Mistakes happen, but they handled it right. The staff were friendly.

I ask for my pizza and wing extra crispy and both wasn't. I got home and was disappointed

So is St Louis style pizza an elaborate prank? This was the most offensive thing I've ever put in my mouth. And the price was ridiculous! Two pizzas delivered was 60 bucks after a standard tip. ARE YOU INSANE!?
