While everyone is ok there's this delivery guy they always have and just impatient and rude

In my opinion. The pizza was just ok, pretty greasy to be cut into squares. Price is WAY too high

We normally dont have any problems out of this location and have ordered many times.but tonight we just got some salads and i went to pick them up and they werent ready when i got there even though i showed up only 5- 10 minutes earlier than what the website said.i get home and were sitting down eating and i realize my fiance doesnt have any Eggs in his salad and he requested 3 of them and there was none. My salad was a ceasar salad but had grilled chicken in it with tomato in it and there was like a whole 3 pieces of tomato in it and there was carrots and cabbage in it.i didn't mind the carrots and cabbage it just threw me off because i had gotten the exact same salad 2 nights before and it was just ceasar salad (the romaine lettuce) and the chicken, cheese, tomato and croutons in it.this has happened before when we ordered food one night and its perfect and then a night or 2 later we get the same thing and its so different.this place is so inconsistent.

Highly wouldn’t recommend, Joe is a very rude employee who just hangs up on customers bc he don’t know how to do his job

They have small wings the chef salads are no where as good as they used to be this one.is better that the one in florescent or furgason it's

Medium chicken and jalapeños PIZZA! Fast delivery, crust was nice and lightly crispy just how I like it. They are not cheap with the toppings I can tell ya that, refer to photos! Sauce seemed pretty non existant, yet the pizza was delicious. Thanks!

We are from San Antonio and had to try ImoS pizza we had a recommendation and it was worth waiting for. It was so good & everything was fresh and hot!

Sauce has changed, is very bland now. Sometimes it seems like there’s NO sauce on the pizza, just cheese and crust! Used to love this location.not anymore.

Dining room closed for remoding. Drive thru blocked by delivery truck for over an hour. I left and came back still blocked. Walked up to drive thru.finally got my to go order.

Ordered at 11: 00 on a Saturday night. Was told the wait would be about an hour from the website. I called the store around 11: 50 to check on order (as the store closes at 12: 00) and was told the driver would be here with my order in a few minutes. Fast forward to 12: 45, pizza still hadn’t arrived. I had to call the restaurant again only to get the response that the driver’s car broke down and they were actually on the way this time. Food arrives 2 hours after ordering and it was cold and incorrect. I ordered a 14” and received a 12”. I tried calling the store to get it fixed but of course it was closed at the time. Very unprofessional of them for not considering to call me when they found out the driver was having issues. My contact info was easily displayed on the receipt. Won’t be ordering from them in the future.

UNPROFESSIONAL…. Manager on duty very rude I took my sandwiches back cause I don’t eat bacon which I asked to be taken off. While I waited for them to make my sandwiches the manager or team member again asked what I want on my sandwiches I told him again i guess him or whom ever remade the sandwiches was being funny cause they put bacon on both sandwiches again I will never go back to that imo which use to be my number 1. Whom ever hired that manager need to fired that manager or send him to some classes on customer service cause he has none. It’s just sad that paying customers have to put up with unprofessional managers when they only wanted their food made right it’s not like I wanted them for free I paid for them

Living in STL most of my life there isn't a pizza like Imo's pizza, the provel cheese just the right amount of sauce. Imo's is FIRE! And this location is my favorite Imo's. I love their toppings; their cook on the pizza is consistent its never undercooked or overcooked; it is perfect. On pay day Friday, it's Pizza Friday and me and my husband always order Imo's!

Terrible burnt and the chese bread is a bun with cheese on it most definitely will not be going to this place ever again

This is the worst imo's in town! The sauce is horrible on the pizza! They put no sauce on the pizza it's like you eating cheese pizza on crackers! The chicken wings are horrible! This imo's is not from my descendant! My mouth broke out, an I threw up! 40 Wasted! Don't waste your time here!

Got here within an hour and everything was warm. Everything also tasted amazing! There are a lot of bad reviews on here, but I never had a bad experience.

Placed order 1 hour prior to calling on a 45 minute expected delivery. After another 25 minutes recieved the most aweful pizza ever from here. They did give it to me for free because of the wait. I thru it away, it was that aweful. Cold, hard and down right the worst I have ever had.

Imo's pizza, are you serious, it's the White Castle of Pizza and no one really understands why they eat it, worse some people justify eating it.

Everyone is sleeping on the pizza bread. You have to try it from here. Always the best. And the Imo fries are killer. Thanks a bunch!

Very fast and away from the crazy plazas for a bit of peace. The employees are so kind and considerate of my time. They deserve a raise or a promotion for their high etiquette serving several dozen customers in a high quality manner. Very respectable for this location. Very clean bathroom and surroundings.

Was put on hold for 10 minutes. No one came back to the phone. Called back and was immediately hung up on. Called again and this time the phone got set down without anyone saying anything. When I hung up and tried to call back I got a busy signal. Employees deliberately did this so they would not have to take orders. Just wow.
