Imo's Pizza

Pizza and wings are good but they just should consider putting a little more cheese on the pizza!

I ordered chicken strips and they were all really little burnt and my sauce cup was really little.

The delivery drivers act like they don’t know where you live & make you come outside to get the food

Pretty reasonable good service, and my only bad point was that the pizza bottom was a little too burnt

After waiting a long time to receive my order my fries were nasty and cold my pizza was good but the wings wereSupposed to be sweet and tangy but received very hot wings call in to ask if my order had left yet the manager on duty was very rude and careless

Very unprofessional one of the manager was in confrontational with someone went to place one employee was in drive through window cussing out the window. I reported it to store owner he said he protect employees even if they are in the wrong. These are the people that want our money

Wasn't happy when i went inside 2 place my order u hear them Cussing in a place of business am in food service and we can't do that u can have fun on the job but older ppl coming and ppl with young kids just real DisrespectfulTo your customers With the Volga language

I had to wait two and a half hours for my delivery and when it came to food was cold and I brought it back to the store and the manager refused to give me back my money it was a horrible experience

I Ordered a pizza and chicken wings.when I got home I had a pizza with the wrong toppings and fries with a handful of mustard packets

I ordered at 1: 21 pm it is now 2: 51 pm. No delivery yet. I know its lunch hour, but this is poor service.
Finally recieved food @ 3: 00pm. Ice cold! Thanks for ruining my appetite.

My favorite Imos are North Oaks Plaza and the one on Olive closet to 170 highway in the cut. I truly appreciate my home location (North Oaks) for making my love for pizza so strong lol. Thank you!

You can never go wrong with Imos, WELL until now I'm changing my 5 stars to 2 I ordered a Veggie pizza and an order of fries. I drove all the home and opened the container just to find out that there were BBQ CHICKEN WINGS in my box instead of fries, so i when i drove BACK up to Imos to let them know that they messed up my order as soon as i get to the window I'm greeted with a, "WHATS GOOD", REALLY I know we're in a predominantly black area but show some class.then when I told them what happened, I didnt get an apology or ANYTHING, actually they acted like it was MY FAULT that they got CHICKEN WINGS MIXED UP WITH FRIES! I go to this Imos quite often, not because of their STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, but because they're right there in the area.

The food is good the service has it's ups and downs at times. They always correct their mistakes. Call in only with a drive thru pick up. My food was hot and delicious.

I order my food at 8: 50. It was supposed to get here at 9;35 two hours later i still haven't received it and the lady that answer the phone when i called to let them know was rude

We ordered 2xl 2 topping pizzas $17 with an order of sweet and tangy chicken WINGS. Bill came to $75. WTH. It turns out that the chicken WINGS are 24 wingetts for $31.85. Sent a message to corporate. Hope they make it make sense.

Poor customer service, the guy answered the phone with a attitude. I asked to hear the speacial of the day and he became rude, so I changed my mind about placing a order.
