Always on point. Staff is friendly and professional. Never any issues in the 3 years ordering from this specific store. Thanks for being awesome guys.

I'm going to rant here because I just don't understand the mentality of service workers who are bothered by customers. I worked in Fast Food and retail for a large part of my life. I work hard for the company who puts the paycheck in my hand and part of that is taking customer service seriously. And with the exception of being a waiter, I never expected a tip for my service. Now they are expecting me to tip them for picking up a pizza. They didn't deliver it, it was purely transactional. If someone says, Well they made the pizza. I would ask how else would they sell it, in baggies? Bottom line, I have only eaten from this Imo's a few times in the last 5 or so years and as I recall I at inside the restaurant the first time and didn't go back for a few years. Now that tipping staff to sell me a product I am picking up and ordered online, it will be a few more years before I venture back. Nothing wrong with the food, just their business model. Pay your workers a living wage so tipping isn't necessary and fire the ones not taking their job seriously.

Got a pizza craving on a Saturday night around 10pm. Was pleased to find out they were open till midnight on the weekends. Ordered a sausage, pepperoni, mushroom Pizza, and a half chef salad for pickup. Girl on the phone said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. Jumped in my truck was there in 15 minutes, Pizza was ready, hot and delicious as always. Love Imos! You'll never go wrong ordering from here. I highly recommend eating from here.
Awesome as usual. Imos is a little pricey but not too bad with a coupon. I ordered a 12" 2 topping pizza with tax was $13 and some change. I ordered it over the phone because I couldn't enter the coupon code through their online app. That's the only complaint that I have. They said it would be done in 15 minutes and it was. Pizza was hot and very delicious. I would recommend eating here.

We came in for dinner on Friday night. There was a crew of over 30 people from a bicyclist group. Almost all the tables were full. I only gave 4 stars on atmosphere because with the group it was very loud and I couldn't talk to my husband or hear him. Otherwise the food was good and the employees were doing a good job.

Table's were not clean. We had a party of 8 and had to clean a couple of tables ourselves. There was only 2 other people dining inside so they weren't busy.

Think I'll avoid the union location. Imos is my favorite but with the union location seems to have its issues with sauce portions, cutting etc. Just a poor pizza.

Service is awesome! Ricky makes every visit memorable! Great customer service. Highly recommend!

This was the worst looking & tasting pizza I have ever had to pay $50 for. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The young man at the counter, Gavin, I believe was his name, was so polite and courteous. Very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Friendly staff good food toasted raviolis baby St Louis thin crust not a big fan of thin crust but I will eat Imo's and enjoy it deliveries usually on time! Imo's is rocking it out still! Getcha some people they got bills and people to pay. So getcha food on!

Ordered online with the valentine's box special with the rav's, cheese curds and a dessert but the only thing in the box was a pizza. Then when I called about it the lady didn't hear what I said and proceeds to tell me it was delivered. Yes I know, as to why I'm calling about the missing items. Then the manager asks if I want them to deliver the missing items.yes I do. That I ordered with the box. He then says to we will work on it and get it when we can, we're super busy. Oh ok. Right I'll go without half my order because you forgot it and then want to act like I should pick it up because you're busy. It's been an hour since I made the call and still nothing.

This imos is better than most although I do like them all this location stands out for food quality

Every time I order a carry out order, they mess up my order. Always check your food before you leave.

12 dollars for 8 wings half the size of pizza huts. That's right pizza huts wings are better. The Pizza was undercooked and all the toppings slid off the undercooked bread. I've given this imos out here in union too many chances. I will never order from this joke of an institution again. The management/owner is a lazy money hungry moral-less hack with no dignity for willingly selling this food at these prices. Do yourself a favor and order anything else. You'll save yourself time, money, and disappointment.

The service was good and the staff was friendly. I'm from Texas so I still not sure about provel. But, all in all it was good.
