Imo's Pizza reviews
13Imos has fallen from grace. It's awful. I guess it serves its purpose being served in a gas station because that's all it is, gas station quality pizza, wouldn't eat it again if it were free, too expensive for how terrible it is. I don't believe people eat that garbage.
The food and service was great! An employee named Krista helped a lot and even went above and beyond to assist me. Will definitely be going back!
First time eating pizza, the pizza wasn't cut and we didn't care for the sauce. We will be back to try your sandwiches. Also you need to put a warning sign in your parking lot that your drive thru lane is a curb! I'm sure we are not the first people who have hit it!
I finally ate at an Imo's! I loved the sandwich I had. It puts Subway to shame. My experience was ruined by my rude cousin and her obnoxious husband, who complained about everything nonstop. His sandwich "wasn't toasted" (it was). She couldn't chew her sandwich. I had no idea why she ordered a toasted sandwich and then "couldn't chew" it. She's used to Subway goo. I was pretty sure the taciturn waitress heard all the trailer-park hubbub. "HEYYYY" the husband yelled into the back before we left. Fat Albert he's not. I'd recommend this place to anybody. It's the best food I've had since the last time I went to a good restaurant.
I would happily give this place a five star review, but the last two times I’ve gotten food here, the food has been overcooked. The service is absolutely amazing, every time I have an interaction with an employee they are really friendly, and just downright courteous and a pleasure to speak to. But when I’m paying this kind of money for a personalized pizza, I really don’t want it to be burnt… Lol. Fix the food quality, and I would raise to a five star review happily.
The workers were very friendly, however, 5/7 of my family members ended up with pretty bad food poisoning. It has been 48 hours and we are all still sick. Just a warning to people considering this place.
Inside of a gas station/convenience store. Has dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru options. If you are from St. Louis, you know this pizza since childhood. If not from St. Louis - huge learning curve on enjoying the thin crust, provel cheese, orangish color when baked at 600 degrees.
Placed order at 6: 10PM. Received message it would be ready between 6: 35-6: 45PM. I arrived at 6: 40PM and drive-thru was closed. Went inside and stood at the counter over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Told them my name and what I ordered. Waited another 20+ minutes. After a couple of customers who arrived after me was waited on I asked again about my order. It had been in the warmer the entire time! This was not an outstanding experience and not what I would consider a superior convenience store committed to excellence. Very Frustrating!
The only downside is that it is attached to a gas station and doesn't have the pizzeria atmosphere. Aside from that, the pizza was bomb.
My absolute favorite pizza! I miss that place. The atmosphere gets dinged because it's in a convenience store.
It's a nice place, employees can be a little more Southern nice. Food is a bit spendy and not that good.
It's Imos so you know you're going to get a good pizza. They do need to spend more time cleaning that filth kitchen though.
I ordered a deluxe no peppers and instead got tons of peppers but it was fresh from oven and I just pulled them off the slices I ate.
