Imo's Pizza

My hubby and I were visiting from out of town and decided we couldn’t go back home without getting an Imo’s. It ended up being our Sunday brunch. We went for our must-go-to, bacon and onion pizza, and it was perfect. Thanks for being great:)

I placed a delivery order in the evening & paid with my credit card and they never delivered the order and just closed for the day

Spoke with a so call manager name Peter who was very aggressive, aggravated and argumentive about a order that was placed wrong.

It was super slow. Not sure if thats the norm. Took a long time (25 mins) to get a full ceaser salad at lunch time.

Rude management
Called to let them know pizza had a terrible, spoiled taste as more of an fyi than anything and was informed everything is fresh daily

Really good pizza and garlic bread. One more good thing is they have amazing garlic bread and also they are open 24 hours. My go to destination for late night pizza cravings and are located really near to my place!

Pizza was okay. Stuck to the box for the most part. Delivery took almost an hour. Tried to give them another shot and the iPhone webpage wouldn’t let you select cash as an option to pay. I done. Dominos here I come.

Management is GREAT however the majority of the young mindless kids working here are HORRENDOUS! They could give a damn about you much less your pizza/order.

Horrible, discriminated against.unprofessional, don't order ever. There location will lose business soon. We stayed at Hilton hotel, where this company was recommended as a local favorite. When the driver arrived the pizza was cold, and we couldn't see the ingredients on the pizza. When we called the manager to make things right, he did not offer a mutual solution. Basically he did not adequately resolve the matter. What a shame, poor product and poor service. Really, not a way to conduct buisness.

Ordered 2 xl pizzas both tasted like cardboard.no cheese and dry as a bone.will not go to this location again!

Racist people. BAD SERVICE. Very racist and prejudice. Its not our fault that you guys are miserable back there and don't have a life. WORST LOCATION. Its not our fault you guys decided to make pizzas for a living. Yall had the choice and the option to be anything you wanted in life and you guys chose to deliver pizzaz for a living. Be angry with yourself and your parents, not the general public! FOOLS!

It took a hour to get my food then they mad it wrong had to remake it & it was still wrong to top that off they had just made someone raw chicken never again!

This Imo's pizza is just ok. The staff is not friendly, but not rude either. My pizza was cooked well enough, no complaints there. All in all this place is just average. I was not wowed by this location.

Horrible! We have to order extra cheese n an attempt to get cheese on the pizza. We’ll call a different IMO’s. Never again.

Worst imos experience ever! Ordered at 11: 28 in store waited til 12: 08 for our pizza which doesn't sound horrible but when you have 30mins lunch break you would appreciate being told at time of ordering that they are slammed on Togo orders. $30 for a lunch that's waiting in the car til works over, won't make that mistake again.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to do at least 1, long story short. Food was made wrong, given the wrong ingredients and by the time they delivered the food to us less than 5 miles away it was ice cold. Called them back to come and get the food and asked for my money back never showed. So next day went into the restaurant and gave them their food and they claimed they refunded my charge card when in fact days later my credit card was charged. Called the store and talked to GM and he told me that its my fault and to call my credit card company.

Pizza is great! Crispy crust, provel cheese, not standard mozz only. This is mainly a carry out location. Tho, there is some seating available.

One of my favorite pizza take out or delivery places. This location in particular puts the right amount of crisp on the toppings.

Quick and as always delicious Imo's! Limited seating, but never that busy either. Free refills on soda.
