Imo's Pizza Headquarters

Had a frozen pizza and was not impressed, typical frozen pizza crust cardboard, to much sauce, cheese does not melt properly. Dogtown makes a much better pizza.

Second time in a row pizza was like carboard with little cheese, never going back to this location in High Ridge, MO.

Worst customer service ever I ordered a Chef salad and was given a house salad instead of them making a fresh salad they bring me the ingredients in little containers to make it myself.what kind of mess is that not only do I have to pay for it now I have to make my own salad.will never order from them ever again

Ordered and paid upfront! Order was canceled and treated very rudely was told they canceled after paying because it Was on the west end of Belleville…THE STORE MANAGER KEPT HANGING UP ON ME I TRIED TO GO PICK MY FOOD UP AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS CANCELED….

Had a chance to be a part of building onto their headquarters… which is great news. More job opportunities for everyone…

Order was canceled and treated very rudely was told they canceled after paying because it was close to closing time and would get a refund possibly in a few days then window was closed in my face he walked off. Claimed to be James a supervisor. Would never go there again. Gave 1 star because had to too leave review. James was a big guy with dreadlocks

Had a complaint, still waiting for a response have been waiting now for over three weeks.

Have imos shipped to Florida through goldbelly. Best thing ever! They come in pre made, frozen & taste just like home. Nothing compares to Imos pizza

Manager called said he would fix it next time. Then called back 7 min later. And said no can't help you. So rude. Very disrespectful. Want my order fixed. I have also contacted corporate on this.

They had frozen pizza all the ingredients to make your own the had ravioli frozen shirts hats pizza boxes pretty much anything you could ever ask for except hot imos that's next door

Unreal.been eating Imo’s since 1966 but last night was the worst! 15 years at delosge mo! This is a Deluxe! It’s all Green Peppers and Clumps of Onions! If I could post a photo I would!

I ordered a pizza from the Sikeston MO franchise on Oct 24,2020. When I sat down, I could see the cook working on my pizza was sweating and breathing on my pizza. No one in the kitchen was wearing a mask. For that reason I refused my order but was charged 15.03 anyway. The Sikeston store is a shabby mess. I will never buy another pizza from any of your franchises.

I am disappointed that Imo's does not have an allergen menu! Seriously, the number of children with food allergies has increased, so it's time to make an allergen menu!

We order from the same location every week and 2-3 times a week!
Most times the service is great as is the food BUT today’s order was horrible!
I have no idea what happened but the salad was watery as was the pizza (we order the same pizza each time).
I called to ask for a new salad and the person that answered was a bit snippy but said he would send out a new salad.
As we were going to take some pizza slices it was soupy and the crust was gooey as if some liquid had gotten on the pizza. So I called back and said I was sorry but we would need a new pizza and described what was wrong with the one we had.
The gentleman got even more snippy and blamed it on the veggies and told us to order a different pizza and that the same pizza maker was the one he’d had for years and sounded like he thought we should just “suck it up”.
this forest park MO. Location is normally very customer service geared and I was shocked at his attitude towards us as a customer.
Very disappointed in this location.

Quality of Pizza on Washington in Florissant, MO is horrible. Totally turned me off to your Pizzas. Will not order from any of your stores. You need New Mgmt.at that store. I have credits at the store, but will no use due to mismgnt.

Loaded here 30 min half trailer, friendly stuff, 53 ft trucks use Jefferson ave then dr martin.drive

I order from the Ferguson location. This is 3 time I've attempted to use my rewards points for a free item. Again no free item. What's strange is that the item will show up on my end of the purchase but not their. What really concerns me is the chane in ingredients. The cheese is not imos cheese and the crust for the first time ever was soggy on day two.
