Incredible Engravings helped me in an emergency and I am forever grateful! They are friendly, professional and beyond helpful with their suggestions and knowledge. I was beyond happy with the results!

Brian and Donna run a great family business and they treated my small order like it was the most important order in the store. Their quality, timeliness and attitude are all exceptional!

These guys are great. Went out of their way to produce just what I wanted. Found a small error with the first attempt, made the corrected, and remade the final version while I waited. Incredible.

So amazing! I am, of course, one of "those" clients who come to a business at the last minute. Donna was great and completely accommodating, finding an item that she had enough of to help in my time of need and was able to complete the project in my short time-frame! Donna was a great help on the phone, and did not hesitate to get me precise answers over the phone (like "will my axe fit in your engraving machine? "), no gimmicks to try to get me in the door. The engraver, Brian took time away from his work to help me pick out the design.on the spot during my first visit - he didn't asked me to come back when they were less busy. He ended up showing me several visual options that would work well for my project - not just tell me a description. Not to mention they understood my urgency and was accommodating. Definitely would recommend this business!

Donna and the crew at Incredible Engravings are top notch folks. I contacted them when I was in a pinch and they really came through. They are very creative in the engravings they offer. A lot of companies will tailor engravings, but Incredible actually tailors type to the product that you have and provides a ideas that actually look good with the material they select. They are especially good at helping you when you don't know what you need or what you are looking for. I will be using them again soon!

ABSOLUTELY THRILLED! @! The owner, who is sooo nice went above and beyond to accommodate my unusual large size of a board. It had some flaws, which he sanded and put mineral oil on and put a monogram on the board as well, that turned out FANTASTIC. So nice, would have given more stars if possible, 10+ in my book. Completed my project with 1.5 weeks left before Christmas. Can you tell how Happy I am!

This was my first time commissioning custom engravings as a gift idea for Christmas this year. I had to do a last minute request for name engravings on a key chain bottle opener for my coworkers. The staff here were friendly, professional, and were very reasonable with the price and time frame we had to work with. I will most definitely be returning here with more gift ideas to engrave! Thanks again for fitting me in last minute!

Bryan and his staff did a great job! Quick communication and responses. Provided many options and worked with a custom design. Turned the job around faster than promised and work was excellent. I highly recommend them!

Not the place for small jobs. A $45 minimum charge was made known to me when I arrived asking for a name to be engraved on a 1 inch by 2.5 inch name plate - yikes! Only thing incredible there is their prices. When I let them know that my previous engraver was charging me $3, the woman behind the counter said "Maybe they are still open". Let's hope! I've relocated but I'd be better off making the drive to my old place, ABS engraving, in Maryland Heights. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't blow $42 on gas there and back.

To be honest, I should have written this review weeks ago, but hey.better late than never! I came to Incredible Engravings with a request for simple plaque. Pretty much the next day they called me back with my order ready. Because of the speed, I was a bit worried, but the plaque couldn't have looked better. Highly recommended!
