Independence Mobile Home Park

My mom lives here she just loves it and the managers r so sweet n helpful.i recommend this place for anyone 55 and older. Its quiet.

The man here berates and verbally abuses older women. He takes advantage of their age and treats them horribly. It's disgusting. Not sure what lot rent us for because they let trailers fall off the jack and refuses to fix them unless they pay an astronomical fee. Would not recommend living here

If I could give the male owner a 0 star, I would! I would not let my dog live there, let alone my mother! VERY HATEFUL, NON PROFESSIONAL, SPITEFUL individual I have ever dealt with! If he treats new residents like this, lord, I pray for the community already there!

It seems like a tight knit community rent is awefully high though in my opinion, but the mobile home was really nice.

Family oriented everyone seems to get along well and they all look out for one another.

Quiet and quaint mobile home park my buddy stays in. Trailers are in impressive condition and very affordable, and management are well meaning people who would rather work with aomeone rather than evict them at the first chance. Neighbors all keep fairly enough to themselves.

It's not in Independence which is why it's so good here. Blue springs is night and day from the tweak city. No meth in blue springs. No homeless walking around. So mush butter.

I've lived here 8 years, by far the best well kept mobile home park in Kansas City. Love it here!
