We signed up for the family plan which was a convenient and helpful way to get chiropractic care for our family. My wife received care throughout pregnancy and it helped with some of her pain and discomfort and felt like it was a positive contribution to her care leading up to labor and delivery.

I have been visiting chiropractors since I was a kid and Dr. Adam’s is by far the most knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic practitioner I have met. I am currently 3 months postpartum with my first baby and I credit the excellent care I received from him as a significant contributor to my very healthy and uncomplicated pregnancy/labor/birth/recovery. I felt like Dr. Adams listened and was sensitive to all my concerns, and worked with me to support my goal of a physically active pregnancy while avoiding any injuries and easing discomfort - especially near the end! Dr. Adams is excellent at what he does and I would highly recommend him for all chiropractic needs, but especially for prenatal and newborn care. Our family is so thankful to have found him!

I am 31 weeks pregnant and have been seeing Dr. Adams before 20 weeks. I was experiencing very painful round ligament pain, that was causing me to limp. Just a couple weeks of seeing him, I have felt the most physically capable as I ever have during pregnancy (this is my second) I didn’t feel like I needed to cut down on my running routine until just recently, I know my limitations and he’s shared with me good body ergonomics to stay active and without pain. He’s very easy going and knowledgeable about explaining what the process is behind the adjustment and how it’s helping your body!

I had previously been cared for by Dr Phiipps and was surprised to see a new face in Dr. Adams when I came in due to my headaches becoming more persistent again. (I regret not coming in more regularly to try and keep them at bay. Live and learn!) Anyway, after a brief introduction I felt like I'd give Dr. Adams a shot and boy am I glad I did! I've only seen him a handful of times, but every time I walk out of there feeling amazing and the headaches have already nearly vanished. I definitely recommend Dr. Adams for your chiropractic needs!

**Update after a year** Taylor and Mary are still thoughtful and kind. Taylor brings such great energy to his work that I am frequently amazed and Mary is both caring and compassionate. I am very happy with the continued progress I have made. My back is feeling much, much better. I feel like I have lost a few years and I am feeling fitter and younger every day. Looking forward to enjoying my 30s in a way I couldn't enjoy my 20s due to sedentary lifestyle and exercise/workplace/accident injuries.
