Maybe the best white chocolate macadamia nut cookie I've ever had. Fun place and really nice people.

I got the cookie with ice cream on top, of course cookie got cold and hard, ice cream was ok and cookie was fine. Next time I will try another cookie. Service was good but not set up for optimal service to run smoothly.

Love this place. Got the best damn cookies in the world. Always fresh. Our of the oven. Highly recommended to get cookies from here for anyone who loves hot fresh cookies.

We visited this business on a delivery gig. However my wife asked for a sample. It was a smart business move on someone's part. The cookies are the best cookies I can recall eating in forever. I have no connection to this business that motivates me to fabricate a story. Perfect texture, softness, temperature, and tast. I didn't even know they had just cookies stores.

Have placed a few orders and every time we never get the deliveries. Every time we call they say ‘we didn’t get an order for you’ but our credit cards are charged. DO NOT recommend ordering from this location.

Visited tonight for the first time. Good tasting warm cookie. Similar to Crumble and other places. Terrible service, and the server made fun of us while on the phone preparing our order. The cookies aren't worth the bad service, especially when other places offer friendliness and help.

Order my cookies. I picked them up and almost went into a food comatose because the cookies were so good. You all go pick up a bag of 6, find your comfy space and enjoy. You will be delighted.

I love the icecream flavors and the cookies they serve. I find the staff members always kind and gets your order in quickly.

Ordered a delivery for 3 basic items an hour before they closed. Live a 2 minute drive away. They waited the full hour before canceling. Don't bother with late night orders, despite the name of the company.

Today was my very first time EVER trying! I had mint ice cream with dark chocolate mint cookies. When I say it was so fresh and full of flavor. I really mean it I can't wait to come back!

If I could give 20 stars, I would. I work with Uber Eats, and whoever was the shift leader 10: 50 pm 10/18/22 is far and away the most composed person in charge I have ever worked with. I hope y'all pay her well, because she clearly puts pride in her work. Most people in her situation wouldve told me to cancel the order. Shes making y'all money. I hope youre reciprocating the care shes putting in.

The cookies were delicious but the employees could use some training as far as customer service goes.

The website says curbside pickup, but the person at the counter told me they "don't do that", despite parking being notoriously impossible in the Delmar Loop.

The bottled drinks are unreasonably expensive. They aren't premium options for water/soda but were priced at around $3.00.

Again, the cookies are delicious.just be prepared for the other issues.

I placed an order 4hrs in advance. Went to the store on time had to stand in line for 20 mins while once cashier took orders and fulfilled them. Total joke. The food was good, but the service is subpar at best. One person shouldn’t be taking orders and filling them. That’s recipe for disaster.

Cookies great, employees are very rude. I've been there a few times and never had a nice person to wait on me! RUDE employees keep ppl.away!

The strawberry cheesecake ice cream was excellent and the vanilla ice cream with the cookie dough my granddaughter loved. Will definitely go back soon!

This place is delicious. The cookies are warm and soft always and the ice cream is also a treat. They are also open pretty late so that is another plus. 10/10 I would recommend.
