Trying for 1 1/2 YEARS to get my account corrected, finally ended service and still getting billed. What a mess!

My alarm has spent the last month “beeping” about a low smoke detector battery. I fear this nonstop beeping may be affecting my grip on reality. I’ve replaced every battery in the house 3x (per tech support’s only suggestion) with brand new batteries- the beeping won’t stop. I was told I need a new communicator- which will cost me anywhere between free- $500 (all depending on if I sign a new contract). However, it’s October & they’re still working on communicator requests from February. I can not live like this for another year, any day now I’ll develop an eye twitch & start foaming at the mouth. I clear the notification & enjoy my short lived truce, before the beeping resumes in full force. Think twice before signing a contract with this company- it’s not worth it.

This company never replies to phone calls and it takes months to request help with any matter.do not use this company.

Juan our Technician was a SERVICE SUPERSTAR Ambassador! Efficient, Organized, Timely, Knowledgeable and an all around great guy to have a conversation with. Its not often that people go out of there way personally and professionally to connect on a level higher than the Task they are performing.

Very professional customer service with outstanding pricing and security systems that support many types of businesses. There’s isn’t much more you can ask for. Kassie, the manager, was very understanding in helping me move my system even with such strict deadlines.

One of the few managed service providers who can manage network, firewall, WiFi, voice, burglar alarm system, access control and fire alarm system. No finger pointing if there’s ever a problem because all the services are managed by them.

Local restaurant. Been in business with Interface for three years. Recently had a break-in, and the security system did not sound the alarm. Interface took no responsibility and blamed our maintenance of the system, despite us following the procedures of the system every day. (using the pass-code to disarm the system when starting the day, locking the system every night before we leave) We lost an amount totaling to around ten-thousand dollars. We moved on, thinking that the break-in was just a one-time fault of the system and ultimately, the company.
We were wrong.
Naturally, we called in for Interface to fix the system so we can maintain business, As they were fixing, we specifically told them to not connect the phone line to the slot machine company's phone line, as it was reserved for their use only. For some reason, they did it anyways. We called them back a second time to fix their mistake. And they charged us for that, travel fee and all.
Called back in several times to dispute the bill over a period of two months, with the lady (Jennifer) repeating the same "I'll have to wait until my manager makes a decision". We waited hopefully, until they told us that we will have to pay the bill.
Just hoping now that the cancellation process wouldn't be a nightmare as the other complaints/reviews have said.

TL;DR: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
