Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Taxpayer Assistance Center reviews
5Prejudice against disabled people and are keeping me and another person from there money! They think because he's homeless he can't be in college. And they think because I'm on disability that I can't be in college. Worst system of workers in irs. They made up a system pretending to investigate 2 people they are prejudice towards. And still not given them there refund from college.
The service is terrible, if I were In arrears I’m sure communication wouldn’t be as difficult. Written or otherwise.
Getting the initial appointment was a pain, but once I got there everything went great. There was no wait, and the staff was very helpful.
Read reviews before going and was terrified thinking I was going to receive horrible service. Let me tell you, I was so wrong! Everyone was so friendly and understanding. They were patient and caring, from security to the receptionist to the IRS rep! And explained things in detail and answered all the questions we had. We left with total understanding and a sigh of relief. Thank you!
This office breaks the law. I requested forms and they replied saying they cannot mail to correctional facilities and I am not even in prison or jail never have been.
So sadly the internal revenue services committing criminal action by not giving me the forms I requested. Thanks
