I got here a little before they opened at 7: 30 a.m. I was loaded and on my way within 45 minutes. The lady in shipping was very nice.

Very professional. Their facility was immaculate. Very impressive. Their equipment is very state of the art. I was also quite impressed by the amount of certifications they hold. Their fire exits make sense too.

People are nice enough. Arrived at 7: 50 am unloaded and received paper work at 12: 15 pm. Place is slow. Your best bet Is to get here as soon as they open at 7: 30am

4 hrs and counting, I got the door an hour ago but they didn't start unloading yet. BAD, BAD place to deliver.

Ridiculous place.they are taking forever to get their palets… missed my next appointment because of them.

Nice people fast load I got here early and backed in a door before they opened knowing I might have to move but all worked out ok

Plenty of space to park before getting loaded. They gotta get their shipping straightened out between the brokers though.

Listen. Rates must be higher for the treatment here. They are rude, lazy and you will be here a minute. Do not come here.

This place is so backed up today they're backed up for some reason. I'm trying get from them time frame since I arrived. 3 hours later, they still didn't start unloading, they still do not wanna tell me time when I'll leave, and my pick up appointment in Granite City was 50 minutes ago, and I still can not tell them, not even roughly, when I'll be done here. I hate these situations when they treat you like your not equal human being like them.whatever issue they have today, it is not my fault, I'm not blaming them for nothing, it happens, I just need to know when I'll be done, because I'll lose my next job and then my whole day and money.

First time there, was loaded n a timely manner, young Lady that checked me n was very friendly

Checked in at 7: 20 AM. They said FCFS and gave me a door right away but didn't unload till 10 AM. Horrible first experience.

For those drivers who got unloaded here “fast”, what time frame do you consider fast? Most likely I ll never be back here again. Rude, unorganized, slow.
