UMKC International student office is probably the hardest department to reach out to. It's always super hard to talk to a representative or communicate with them.

Absolutely ridiculous. Never answers calls. Takes forever to answer emails. No sense of urgency for when you urgently need certain documents for Visa purposes. Continuously messes up documents and takes forever to correct. Students futures are at stake for god sake.
