Zack was super helpful in getting my VW Tiguan battery replaced. Having gone through the same thing a few months prior, he shared his experience with me, knowing I would need to visit the dealership for installation. I felt confident telling the dealership exactly what was needed and Zack’s information saved me nearly $200. Super thankful for the awesome customer service. Truly, above and beyond.

Matthew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very informative as well, he gave me options and offered to help - he got a battery charged for me and made sure it was ready right before the store closed for the day. He also educated me on a smart charger and gave helpful tips on how to use it - was able to salvage an old battery that I almost gave up on. Can’t say enough about how great the customer service was! 10/10!
