All the staff are very nice. They are fast getting you into a dock, getting you unloaded, and fast with the paperwork. Has overnight parking.

This is definitely the low rent cave in Kansas City I've been in some of the other caves and they're nice and well lit and bright and this place is a bit depressing they are trying the bathrooms were very clean and very nice but they have a long way to go to get up to the quality of the other caves in Kansas City area

I rented there for 3 years now. I have an RV that I keep in the cave mainly for protection of the elements. The first year the company installed a very large dehumidifier and it helped significantly with the problem of mold and humidity inside the cave. This tells me that they were aware of the issue. For the past 2 years which would be 2018 / 2019 they did not use it at all. Recently it has been removed. Maybe the electric bill was too high? There are many RVs, boats and automobiles in the cave which have mold on them due to high humidity and no air circulation. If you're considering putting something in a cave be aware of this as it may outweigh the benefits. I have mildew and mold growing on things inside my engine compartment and even inside my RV at times. The other issue I have with interstate is the poor lighting which I have reported multiple times up to six months ago and yet nothing has been done. There are times I have to use a flashlight.

If your stuff in there and someone take it they dont do nothing about it they see it happen they dont care it in u so if want keep your stuff not modee or taken from u store at better place it about them only

Kevin that runs the office at the self-storage part I don't even know why he still works there either has a drug problem or something's going on with him horrible treats customers horribly. Put his hands on a customer. Can't say enough bad things about the guy
