Got in to see the doctor quickly. The doctor and his staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. I’ve been very pleased at both my visits.
Dr. Tyler was exceptionally sensitive to my pain as he administered the medication to my nerves. Nurse Jeff was reassuring when telling me what to expect during the procedure. Overall, I was very satisfied with the care I received today! I appreciate the encouragement and willingness Dr. Tyler applied to my specific needs. I appreciate the positive atmosphere of this office.

They do not care about your well being they try to get you out in a hurry missing over really important aspects. I could go into more depth details but I do not recommend!
Kayla is just such a fun sweet person and always so so helpful. I love Dr Ptacek and his team, was well as the implant reps, and all the ladies working the front desk! Dr. Kathryn Fausch and her nurse a Angie, are also wonderful to work with, and the girls in the lab, too. Everyone is so helpful, patient, and kind. It's a wonderful environment over at the South clinic!
Great experience! Injection was quick and efficient and love Dr. Ptacek he is not only an amazing Dr.but talks to you like a real person and he and his staff truly care about their patients. Highly recommend him!
