Hotel is nice, casino sucks. Slot machines are overly tight and don't pay out much. Probably will not stop here again. Was here a year ago and same thing.

Nice small casino, have been here several times, the machines are always tight though. Good service and food in the restaurant.

I tried to book a room here, and went for the military discount. As a 100% service connected disabled veteran I always ask if there's a military discount. Their website wanted to know what branch I served in, what my rank was, when I served, then it wanted me to upload a copy of my DD-214, Nope, it has my social security number. Found another hotel close by that gave a military discount by showing my VA healthcare card.

Definitely not worth $100 a night. Carpet in the room was very stained and the mirrors have not been cleaned for a while. We found previous guests stuff in the drawers. There is no breakfast on Mondays. The beds are hard and the head is lower than the foot. The water was barely warm enough to take a shower. I've had much better rooms at Super 8. Very disappointed and we won't stay here again.

Entering the room there was a wet spot on the floor and it looked pretty recent. Not sure if that means it wasn’t cleaned well or what. But I got my answer when I opened the dresser drawer, there were a bunch of random plastic bags, a half eaten sleeve of ritz, and some other random trash. Big purple stain on shower curtain as well. Room felt average, apart from those things, the mattress was very comfy, room was spacious. Just a bit gross.

Not as clean as it could have been. Hairs in the shower, and a used coffee pod in the brewer.

Worst experience I've ever had. Lost a lot of money there just to be harassed by the staff and on-site officer Sargent Laughlin. I was treated like a criminal in front of my employee and many other people. Just to be told the incident wasn't properly investigated before practically arresting me in front of everyone. I was led to the back by a uniformed police officer and Detective. I was talked to like I was a criminal and accused of dropping drugs in the casino, which was later viewed on cameras, for a very short time, which revealed that it was clearly not mine. Had they done a little investigation before accusing me and embarrassing me to all ends, it could have been prevented. I will never step foot in that building again.

We didn't stay at the casino hotel, we went to eat and do some donating to the Isle of Capri. Casino is way too smokey, but I've been saying that for about this place for 20 years. Decent variety of slots/ games to play. The keeping up of the cleanliness casinos bathrooms has dropped off. Not many men care to straddle puddles of urine at the urinals. To me, it doesn't seem to be a friendly place to visit. I'd be hard pressed to tell you the last time an Isle employee stopped by to see, well about anything except the cocktail servers. GOOD LUCK!

It was my first experience at this Casino/Hotel and it will be my last. The Hotel itself was nice and I had very few issues with the room. The fridge had a few broken pieces and the coffee maker was gross, besides that the hotel was fairly pleasant.

The Brew Brothers restaurant experience was awful. It was about a 15 minute wait, just to find out there is seemingly only one waitress. She did her best, but the service was not good. Took forever to get food or drinks. Food was okay, not worth the wait. Finally go to pay and they have up-charged me on a drink! They charged me $9.50 for a drink that was listed on the menu for $8. They refused to take it off or do anything other than request I pay the total. I argued and waited for around 10 minutes as a line built around me. They made me feel embarrassed and like a burden for an issue that wasn't on me. Eventually I paid with the promise someone would reach out to me. That was Friday (8/18). It is now Tuesday (8/22) and nothing yet! The manager told me there was nothing he could do. Not only is it possibly illegal to charge people different prices than advertised, but it's bad business.

Finally head to the casino and the security officer tells me the person I am with violates the dress code. I respond with shock as I wasn't aware there was a dress code. I ask where it is posted, as if I had known that, I would of make sure everyone was following it. She got bent out of shape and replied she is security and knows it and she can call her supervisor over. I leave, not wanting trouble, and head back to the room. My company is crying, mortified at being treated that way. I talk to the person at the hotel front desk and they inform me there is no dress code. It is up the security person to deem something inappropriate or not. Another great business practice! We wanted to leave at this point, but everything was nonrefundable.

We try the casino again, as we might as well get our moneys worth. It was fine until I went to use an ATM for the 2nd time halfway through my night. No issues my first time. The second time the ATM charged me and never gave me any money. I go to the cashier's office with a receipt and they explain I won't be charged. Considering I just had to file a complaint with my bank due to the charge, yet another lie!

I have never been to this location or a casino in general. The person I was with had not either. I will not be going back here and have spread the word amongst the people I know to stay away as well. You would think a company such as Caeser's would have higher standards. I'm just a college kid, but I deserve respect just like anyone else does. This place, clearly doesn't understand how to treat people. Stay away.

Overall ok but definitely needs a complete reno, carpeting is filthy bring slippers. Rooms way outdated reflected in nightly room rate. Food was good at brew brothers but needs more healthy options. Just a pass through hotel at best.

UPDATE: My Mom and I stayed at the Isle on 8/14/23. We always get wonderful treatment when we stay here, however we are at Brews Brothers restaurant in the casino and had a very upsetting experience. Jennifer was our server. It took her 15 mins to come to our table to order our drinks. She was very unfriendly even when she was treated respectfully by my mom and I. She did not come back to refill our drink at all. She was impatient when we asked to order dessert and walked away while we were speaking to her. It was not busy at all in my opinion. She did not come back with our desert. After 25 mins of waiting I went to the bar and requested our ticket and to get our desserts to go. She came out 5 mins later with our ticket and commented very sarcastically, NOW you want dessert to go!? ". I was done with being nice at this point. I reminded her that she walked away while I was speaking to her or she would have known to make it to go. While we were paying the manager came out and was not very apologetic for her actions and made an excuse that they were busy. They were not busy and I felt he was very dismissive. I love the staff at the hotel and the casino. I also really like the staff at the other walk up restaurant called Trade Winds but I will never eat at Brews Brothers again. Big disappointment! I hate to lower my star rating but this is why.
I really enjoy my stay every time I come to the Isle of Capri! The room was beautiful and spacious and I love the decor. The rooms have spectacular views of the mighty Missouri River the Katy Trail bridge in some of the rooms have a view of the historical train station. The public restroom by the casino was very clean. The buffet was great I had crab legs and they were phenomenal. We went to the Farradays restaurant. It was very elegant and romantic the server was extremely helpful friendly and efficient. All of the staff throughout the casino and hotel are very friendly. The casino has just recently been renovated inside and out and it looks fantastic! My favorite part about the casino the giant goldfish. I really enjoyed feeding the fish everyday several times a day. They have a dispenser so that you can feed them a handful for $0.25 each. There are so many great little shops downtown within walking distance of the casino. There's also the historic Katy Trail bridge and a beautiful and the mighty Missouri Bridge. I love staying at the Isle Capri in Booneville. It's my favorite place.

Awesome room! Super comfy bed. Nice little casino too. Getting quizzed about my height and birth date when I'm 37 years old was aggravating though.

Pretty small casino, and of course full of smoke. Came across friendly dealers, but had very few table games. VERY smokey throughout fyi. Basically a stop for slots if interested, as there are few tables open.

Midsized casino with a decent selection of games. Didn't do real well but that's why they call it gambling. It's well kept up. You do have to buy drinks but I believe that is a state law.

The rooms here are so clean, nice and a reasonable rate. Booneville is a great stop over on our way to Lake of the Ozark's. The restaurant, Brew Brothers, has great food and wonderful beer. We love stopping here and will continue to do so.

I love coming to Boonville Isle of Capri. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful. And most of all I love the casino. I don't use the room to much I'm always in the casino.

The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. We checked in late and left the next morning, so we didn't adventure through the hotel. We will likely make it a stop in our next road trip in that direction. The town seems very quiet and peaceful
