Buck helped us fix a window and replace our screens last year when we were new to the area. Superior service and a genuine nice guy! Will be our first call should we need those services again.

I had a window pane get broken by my dog attempting to chase a squirrel she saw in the yard. I called the day after this happened and Buck was able to quote me the cost for the job based on my sending over a photo of the damaged window, and then said he'd be able to fit in the work the following day, weather permitting. He came out to in fact verify the accuracy of his quote and make sure he'd have all of the materials and access he'd need for the repair. He was very prompt and courteous every step of the way and did an excellent job repairing the window! I would highly recommend Buck to any friend or family member!

Quick to respond and very friendly. However, I decided to shop around for service due to a nonrefundable fee just to come out and look at the window needing to be repaired. But, the quote over the phone seemed reasonable and fair.

Well its time for some hard truth about this company. I called back on August 4th and explained I had one window that the glass needed replaced and he stated no big deal but would probably be 3 weeks i said ok no big deal now in November after a few calls no answer no reply. Very poor business I dont recommend anyone doing business with this man now im into winter and have to find someone else because I was patient
