The chicken wings looked more like chicken nuggets and they charge way too much for that food

The food is almost ALWAYS really delicious! HOWEVER.the heavy set white lady who tends to answer the phone, may want to reevaluate things; especially if she is going to be working the frontlines.maybe a little customer service training would do some good.but it’s hard to want food from a place that serves you attitude like it’s on the menu, too. ‍️

Not so good the food i order was badly cook it was serve to me It'was burnt and very distasteful to eat and the cashier didn't give me all of my money back short me of about a dollar

Food was cooked fresh and in a timely manner. Tripe was crispy, however there was 1 of 4 sandwiches that was not cooked crispy. My dad really loved the fried gizzards.

Food was good but after shift change.the man behind the counter was rude.seeing me waiting he decided to take and give out orders without ever asking me anything.while my food stood on the counter getting cold.it took me getting frustrated to get my order and he replied that he didn't know why I was there.how about finding out sir?

It's really pretty much are words like anyone else nothing special about it that I can find

The Fish, Chicken, Shrimp and burgers were excellent. The sides were hmm not so good. Could not eat the green beans, Cole slaw nor the spaghetti.

Your triplet was not good it taste like fish and you it didn't have enough mustard or hot sauce. My friend like it so I gave it to him. I won't be back

Decent food. Fast service. I like that they serve multiple types of fish and sides. The Mexican renderings are good as well.

For the most part, the food is good, the service is friendly, but when I purchase a Family Meal I shouldn't have to ask for utensils, napkins, sauce packets.maybe it's just me.

If you like fried food to go, whether it be on the grill or in the grease the cook to order so food has always been fresh for me. A couple of my favorites are the chicken tenders (they are big and no fat) and the tripe sandwich. I get my tripe extra crispy when I order it and it is great. Good prices. No dine in right now so only to go orders. Before you go to any other one of those fast food places (jack in the box or McDonald's or any of them that sell fast food) try here first I don't think you will be disappointed. Oh and if you get tenders and or fries I recommend you get the lemon pepper seasoning on it. It's not like the lemon pepper you buy on the store it is very good.

I called my order on, they told me 15 minutes once I got there. They had given it to someone else so I had to wait another 15 minutes besides that food was hot and good.

They did not have any whole chicken wings and the party wings I ordered were dry and not seasoned. I asked for them to be naked so maybe that's why. Usually the food is pretty good but this must have been a bad day. The wait times are long and the food is a little pricy but there are really good food options here like the shrimp box!

My catfish nuggets & fries were delicious. Everything was made to order so my food was hot & fresh. The customer service was also decent.

Great fish! Great tripe! Chicken was ok.
Liked the seasoning on ther fries. Looking forward to trying more of their vast menu.
