Dr. Fox is the greatest! He is patient and listens to all concerns. He genuinely cares about his patients' eye health. There is no one else that I trust with my vision. Thank you, Dr. Fox!

Great office with amazing professional staff. It's just not the place for me. I do not see myself returning or referring.

I was very disappointed leaving his office. Not that the staff was bad, or that he was necessarily bad. But because I literally wasted my time (and money as I paid out of pocket) going. I went in with a specific concern that I’ve been dealing with for years hoping that I would leave with some guidance and on how to “correct” it. This has been a concern that has been tampering with my self esteem for years now, so this appointment was important to me. No, I left knowing that I have 20/20 vision. (Which I knew going in), a prescription that doesn’t help with my main concern, and $89 wasted.

I gave them a 4 start because the staff was VERY professional and nice. I love professionally ran places. I also gave them a 4 star because while he didn’t help me in the way that I would hope. He still did his job, and had a great attitude.

Its baffling that I received better help for my issue from an eye doctor at Walmart. Not to bash Walmart, but, it’s Walmart, lol.

Love Dr. Fox & his staff! I'd pay outta pocket if I had to.appreciate their honesty & experience!

Love JJ Optical and the staff. Everyone is so friendly and patient. Our family has been seen by Dr. Fox for years. Was very pleased when he was able to assist me with an eye issue while on vacation Florida.

I love the care and attention I receive on my regular and emergency visits. Dr Fox is never rushes and he makes sure I understand what's going on and gives me options.

He is extremely knowledgeable and answers all of my questions and I love that he is all about giving a thorough exam and making sure everything is covered that my eyes are healthy and it good shape! Shawn at the front desk is the best at explaining and itemizing everything for so that you understand what you are paying for at your exam she makes it very understandable and she makes it black and white so that you are clear and understand your insurance it's a very easy process with this staff because they explain everything for you and answer all your questions she's also amazing at helping you really pick out glasses that fit your needs and what you like what you want she's very patient! Loretta got Me an appointment exactly when I needed it I was way overdue! Dr Fox literally is awesome at what he does his knowledge and manner is very polite and it's unmatched to any other doctor. I have been with him for ten years and my eyes are healthy as ever!

The office is very professional, clean and friendly. I have been doing here for years and they still treat me as if they see me every day. Wonderful customer service.

Dr. Fox is wonderful! He answers every question and explains what you don't understand. His assistant Shawn is so helpful and efficient! She really loves what she does! I would recommend Dr. Fox to anyone!

I have worn glasses since 4th grade. Dr. Fox is by far the most dedicated, thorough, and communicative provider I've ever been to. Please do yourself a favor and make it over to J. J. You will be so pleased and surprised. His assistants are also amazing. I've never felt so helped and treated like a person and not jist a customer.

Dr. Fox has been my eye doctor for almost 10 years, and he and his staff have always been very professional and timely. You will not go wrong choosing him! Best decision I've made regarding my eyes!

I highly recommend this facility, I am big on customer service and bedside manner, this optical clinic has it all, I am usually a very particular and picky person, however, the young lady that helped me pick out my glasses was AWESOME her judge of my character was spot on! I got bling on my specks! Lastly but certainly not least the DOCTOR himself, hands down number 1, he is very well educated and informed! Thank you all for your service!

Doctors like Dr. Fox are hard to find. He went completely out of his way to see me and has always, always been extremely professional. He doesn’t just treat the issue at hand; he teaches and illustrates so that his patients understand what they are dealing with and how he is going to treat it. He makes his patients a priority and is very attentive. Though I no longer live close to his office, it’s worth the drive to remain his patient. I highly recommend Dr. Fox and JJ Optical!
