He explained what was wrong with my a/c before he fixed it. Very friendly and nice. I was pleased at the reasonable price. I would recommend this company for any a/c problems.

Came out within a few hours of calling and fixed our unit quickly! Price was super reasonable and he was very professional and friendly.

These gentleman were at my home a few months ago to clean my heat and air unit. Not only were they uncomfortable to have in my home but they did not clean anything. Since there visit the drip pan overflowed causing a need for drying and repairing the ceiling under the unit. The drain pipe to the outside was 100% clogged and had to be blown out. The outside unit was never touched full of bugs, dirt and grime. Not to mention the arching. These people should not be allowed in this type of business. It went from a few hundred to a few thousand because of there inability to perform duties hired for.

We called J & M Smith heating and air at 1pm on a Saturday and they were able to show up by 5pm. They only took 15 minutes to have our air conditioner up and running. They were professional and very friendly. We will definitely be using them for all our future needs! Highly recommend and reasonable priced.

These guys are great! I called on a Tuesday morning and they came out that afternoon. The service and pricing was phenomenal, especially since my unit is in the crawl space. I highly recommend J & M!

Very unprofessional and rude. Combative on the phone with myself and husband. They have been out at least 6 to 7 times. Still issues are unresolved and blame the client that their business is being ruined. No you do it on your own calling and yelling at clients and not being able to fix the problem. Do not even feel safe having these people in my home with how combative they are. Negative 10 stars.

Called everyone else couldn’t get here till the next day Matt had guys out here within an hour and had our heat fixed definitely recommend them and will be using them for future jobs!

Smelled gas in my house and they came out first thing Monday morning and stated I needed to have it shut off until repairs could be made. He gave me two options, get it repaired (no longer under warranty due to its age) or get the whole thing replaced. I opted to get the whole thing replaced because it was faster and another company told me I had to replace it two years ago and saw this coming. They came out the same week to install the new unit and also repaired some of the duct work as a courtesy as well. They were fantastic and the new unit works incredibly! Their guys were nice and professional and the boss came out on multiple occasions to work on it and even made sure we were satisfied with the service at the end of install. Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future to get our ductwork replaced.

They were wonderful, they were prompt and very knowledgeable. They knew how to help with our needs and best thing to do. Would recommend totally.
