17Was super disappointed. They wait was over 30 m8ns in the drive through only to receive a cold soggy burger. Will not return.
Not happy with having to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 1 car in front of me. That car only got a small bag. My turn and had to wait another 5 minutes just for a cheese burger and small fries. I could see 5 employees just standing around laughing and talking. When I drove off and took out my fries they where cold. I've never had this issue at this location before. Very disappointed.
Worst order I have ever received at any Jack in the box! The tacos was completely cover in sauce, the whole inside of the bag had sauce leaking everywhere, the taco papers were soggy and stuck to the tacos! The grease they cooked them in smelled bad on the tacos too, had a terrible after taste. Never will go back.
Pleasant experience dinning room music was a little loud for 10 am. We were the only guests in the diningroom.
My order was wrong (asked for no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant) and we waited in line for atleast 15 minutes in the drive through.
We were just visiting the town, didn’t have a chance to give another opportunity but wasn’t impressed for the first time. And I usually love Jack in the Box.
Seemed a little pricey. Also it was drive thru only when we were there, not sure if it's always like that or was just like that this day. Food was all right
Dining room closed, order was wrong. Requested 8 tacos, 4 regular and 4 without lettuce. Received 7 regular and one without lettuce ️
I ordered a sausage breakfast jack and a hash brown I got home and it had just ham on it. My hash brown was cold too.
Drive thrus should be a little faster then sitting here over 30 mins plus more took an hour to finally get out and there because of the curb and people waiting behind me your lucky I didn't just drive thru your yard to get out the line to hit McDonald's next door since they are moving alot faster then this dump
Website shows they are open till 10 get there at 08: 50 and billboard and memu board were both on. After waiting 5 minutes someone comes up and says they closed at 8 but jut leave lights on. The service has definately gone downhill in last year
The food was mushy, the self serve drink machine was just spitting out clear carbonation no matter what drink you tried getting and the floor was so sticky throughout the dinning room, if I didn't grip my sandal it would have came off. The location was conveniently located off the highway.
Everyone that worked there looked lost and didn't know what to do or how to vibe together. We waited 30 minutes to receive our food. They didn't have the two things I asked for and the place was not clean, our shoes kept sticking to the floor.
There store is nasty. They have expired condiments. Orders take way too long. Most of the people working there are drug head kids and the manager was not properly trained. I will never go to that one again!
TRIED to eat here. Sunday closed at 7PM. It was 7: 03 when we were in the drive through in line. Denied!
The food was terrible and I sent in a report. I have not heard from you he company. The store in Warrenton, Mo has been unbelievably bad.
Drove 150 miles round trip, had dinner and took 20 tacos home, also paid for lady behind me in the drive through.
Love Jack in the box food first of all. But the staff, whew! They don’t even speak. Just glare and hand you your food. They are dressed like they are either lounging around the house or going to the club. I worked here many years ago and man has the dress code changed drastically. Which would be whatever BUT they are rude rude rude on top of it! Short staff and Covid all sucks BUT those are never reasons to be just rude to everyone who comes through. Pretty sure we all have enough stuff going on, kindness on everyone’s part could make a world of difference!
