Jack in the Box, Washington MO

I was so hopeful this time, as the young man taking my order in the dive through was very courteous and repeated my exact or back to me. Get to the window and there was someone else handing out the food. Glanced in the bag to make sure it looked OK, it did so I drove home.

Get home and take everything out of the bag. The two large Curly Fries were completely full of normal fries and they had added a speckling of curly fries on top to give the illusion of a full box of curly fries. The tacos all had sauce on them, even though the order repeated back to me had them with 'no sauce'. I would have accepted the taco mistake, but the blatant covering of a box of normal fries with a bit of curly fries on top was utterly ridiculous!

My kids and I live out of town, and Jack in the box is always a must when we come visit family. We ordered delivery 7/30 and had food missing. Couldn't get ahold of doordash to fix it. So I lost money on large curly fries my kids didn't get that I even had to pay extra for. Then yes went back today on our way back home and the workers were rude and just let you stand there for awhile before they came to take our order.

Wait in the drive thru so long it is horrible and the lady at the window was not very nice.

Crew here seems to consistently be nice. Just need to pay attention to the details a bit more like exterior lighting on to look like they’re open for business.

Used to be one of my favorite fast food places. Now I won't even eat there. Food is horrible now

This place is absolutely horrible and do not recommend at all. The woman working drive-thru was very rude and is not professional at all. She jammed the 16 tacos we ordered into one bag to which the insides were spilling out and unedible! We highly recommend NOT stopping here. Honestly, the bad reviews about this place are true. I would not eat at this location if someone paid me to. We went back to ask for our 10 tacos the manager "Sky" said she had to have all the product back! Completely wrong when we only requested the tacos she smashed to be remade. Refused to give Corporates phone number. We only ate 6 tacos when we paid for 16! She refused any kind of reimbursement at all. She is the reason your store has no employees, get rid of her and you might have better customer reviews, better service, and lasting employees. Just some food for thought to consider. I definitely give her and this place an "F".

Worse place I've ever been.
They couldn't understand the order so the order was wrong.
Then I waited in line waaaaaaaaaaay too long for the food.
I will never go back

This place should be shut down. They refuse to hire help and the lobby is never open. Food can be a 30 minute plus wait before you recieve your order. Avoid this place.

I don’t eat a lot of Jack In the Box but one time I got the Swiss Burger and it was really good. The fries are yummy and hot. The girl at the drive through was very nice. Service was fast.

The employee on the speaker was very drab, and I let corporate know through their survey. I won't go back here ever again. Worse Jack-In-The-Box I have ever been to since I was a kid. Go elsewhere.

10-29-2020. Waited for food for 15 mins. Got a number 1 and a kids meal. No gloves, no mask, and we heard the cook sneeze and cough in the back.sounded like a deep cough with mucus. Watched the cashier take my money and make 3 chocolate shakes for the people behind us.hope we dont get sick.never going again.
