I waited in line for a very long time. Good service is very poor here. I was looking forward to Jack in the Box today but the place is closed. There is no posted reason why.

Everyday last week and this week so far has been closed. No reason posted anywhere. So disappointed with the service and most of the staff is rude, not to mention slooooow! The last time I was there I was stuck in the drive thru line for 45 mins, it’s always a long wait there but that was the longest.
What’s going on? , will this location be open again?

I have lived in blue springs 14 years seen when they built this jack in box everytime I go here there are problems from food problems to staffing. They are supposed to be 24 hours. I did a small mobile order I get there a long line at drive thru at 11pm ish and I am immediately told I will be with you in one moment. As I wait I see 1 employee car that’s it’s. After several minutes I get there see the young woman running doing everything. I ask her are u by yourself she didn’t want to say. But you could tell she is cooking the food and taking orders and ringing up
Transactions and handing out food. This is so wrong the same manager that gave me tickets for free food needs to be in there helping this young lady. I don’t know if folks called out but this Jack in box always has issues they need to shut it down and put something else in its place this is ridiculous not all of us work 8 to 5 we work overnights and since Walmart close early due to COVID a person that sleeps during day and works at night has no where to get food in blue springs. The McDonald’s next door has issues too but different kinds swear I saw their teen staff walking out they had a long line to on a Saturday night. I should not have to drive to Independence MO on Noland Rd to get service or find out they closed to. Jack in Box it’s how y’all conduct business PERIOD. Needs better management. Why can’t you keep people at Blue Springs location what is the problem pay? The mayor needs to step in and shut this place down I do not want to fill out comment card or contact card we already did that song and dance. How can you allow that young lady to be by herself doing it all on a Saturday night this is absolutely ridiculous. I know she wanted to cry just cruel.

This place is an absolute joke 1st time I went there it was at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday and they were not open. 2nd time I went there it was 11 o'clock in the morning on a Friday and they were not open and I just went there And ordered a number 10 and the guy tells me they are out of fries. They need to shut this place down and get a decent fast food restaurant in there.

They're open all night which is awesome since nothing else around stays open as they used to.they are always busy late at night and have been short staffed so there is typically a pretty good wait but the food is always hot fresh and worth the wait.love their mini tacos!

Mobile order placed at 2: 15. In drive thru line 5-7 minutes later. It’s 3: 15 now. No food still. This place needs to be shut down.

3: 45 edit: a guy taking out the trash got me my order. It had been sitting there on the counter for over an hour. I cannot eat this mess that was giving to me. And they didn’t even have my complete order. How am I going to get this fixed before I go to work at 4? No one will answer the drive thru, the window, the front door, or the phone. Shut this store down.

Good was great. Customer service was top notch. Had to wait a little while for our food, but that happens when they make it fresh!:)

The website and the sign both said this location is open 24 hours. I figured the person inside would respond to me coming through the drive through around 4am but it was very clear that they immediately hid when I pulled up. Rude

To bad I can't give it a zero.so many things wrong the list is 100 miles long. Never once got my order right. DONT order on the app, 90% of the time they are out of something you ordered and you can't get a refund you paid and get nothing. Slow employees, lazy employees, stand around talking while there are 20 cars in the drive through. The cuss in front of customers even when you bring small children in. Blaring loud rap music through the drive through speaker on more than one occasion, could not hear the person over the music.

F* this place. I understand everywhere is short staffed these days but jfc, they're not even open half the days. Every time we come thorough past 8, it's "systems down, managers not here, waiting on employees always something.

They are so inconsistent, if you're gonna close early at least stick to some sort of schedule. Do NOT go here if you're expecting 24 hours they most likely won't be open.

Seems like every time I go there they never have churros they always say they're out or the truck did not bring them I don't go there too often because when I do they're very slow appears to be inadequate or they don't have enough help I'm not sure what all it is the food is not even that fresh and the grease takes old on the tacos

The food was pretty good, but I didn't like seeing staff eating in the kitchen in the prep area. Gnats were in the trash can by the front door and the bathroom was filthy. I'd give it a two-star, but I had not eaten at a Jack in The box since 2010 and there are some mitigating circumstances with covid labor shortages right now. Hunger makes the best sauce, but I think the food was actually good itself for being a fast food burger joint. The tacos were good, too.

The staff were pretty rude. I got a number 10 and i asked for curly fries but they gave me regular fries. Then I asked for a shake but they didn’t give me it. And they forgot my brothers drink.

At the time we went the dining room was open. We had tacos and the teriyaki chicken bowl, both were very good. My wife says the egg rolls are fantastic.

Even though at the time they where only accepting app orders and door dash orders.the food was ok and the fries where still ice cold. Almost as if they used the fryers to just take the chill off of them.

The worst drive-thru service I've ever gone through is that there for 10 15 minutes no one setting thing then I go to the window and they say that the drive-thru is closed but there's no sign stating that they're closed and that they aren't taking any more orders when it's a 24-hour restaurant which blows my mind

Honestly the blue springs location should just be shut down. I never see it busy and clearly the workers don’t care about the business, only to sit on their ass’s and goof around and get paid to not do their job. Truly don’t understand how this location is still up and running. Worthless. Somebody needs to take action on this location and get things figured out. I worked here 3 years ago and things were never this bad. Super disappointed.
