If I could rate less than one star I would.

I should have known better when the driver in front of me backed out of the drive thru and sped off. When it was my turn I pulled up to the shattered order screen and spoke my order clearly. The employee re-stated my order incorrectly, so I corrected him. He said he couldn't hear. I shouted it a third time and he repeated again that he couldn't hear. I stated that i couldn't speak any more clearly or loudly and that I'd just pull forward to the window.

It turns out they had trouble producing the order for the car in front of me, so I had to be patient - no problem. When I reached the window and stated my order, the employee said I would have to pull around and start the process all over again because serving me would delay other customers. (I don't know any human that would think that pulling around again was a good idea.) There was no offer to accept my order, let me pull forward, and allow the staff to bring my order out to my car on the parking lot. When I declined to re-enter the non-functioning drive thru, the employee went ballistic and said he wouldn't serve me at all.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this location until they replace their audio equipment.and more importantly their staff.

I invite the owner of this location to ride along with me on a future visit so he or she can observe the customer experience and employee attitudes.

Terrible service bad Grease tacos are dark no cheese in the taco just bad next jack n the box to shut down get it together

We just left the drive through and the guy was SUPER rude. I never write reviews, but we were the ONLY people in line so there was no excuse for being so impatient. The guy yelled at us because he was confused if we had two separate orders even though we didn’t. Super sassy tone as if we were inconveniencing him. Extremely rude and impatient. My husband was afraid to order anything else because the guy was so rude to him.

Open 24 hours I must have pulled up at the 25th hour because they was closed and apparently the 25th hour is 9: 30 in the evening

Shoutout to the like 2 employees. This review isn't for yall its for the company. Get more workers. Pay them better or something. Took like 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches because they don't get employees.

I waited 11 minutes at the drive through before anymore asked to take my order. I was the only one at the drive through. This has happened more than once

Had less than half the food that was supposed to go inside the taco.and they were very hard

Haven’t had good food there in a while. Tonight my ultimate cheeseburger was room temperature and the bun was hard, my sourdough Jack was room temperature the fries were cold and they didn’t give me all of my order, good thing I checked before I left.

This is THE WORST of All and of Any Restaurant that I've ever been to in my Entire life! Employees are THE WORST! Every Employee is Outside in a group, Smoking, drinking while the store is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! RATS RUNNING BACK AND FORTH ON A SUPER NASTY FLOOR, AND NO 1 TO TAKE ORDERS BECAUSE THEIR ALL OUTSIDE? COME ON NOW! SHUT IT DOWN!

Last time I came here my egg in the breakfast Jack was green… fries were cold. The one on tesson blows it away

Huge surprise in a good way. The service was great, the food was great, and I’m happy. I was a little frustrated the order took a min.and really it’s because they cooked everything fresh to order. No complaints and would totally eat here again. I’ve been asleep on Jack in the box. So so good!

Only two workers, which is totally understandable, but the woman was very rude. She also told us our total wa $18 and some change, but then ran our card for $20 and said she paid the difference because she mixed things up since she had been there all morning. She proceeded to close the window as we were trying to figure out what was going on. Then when we ask for receipt for our order it showed we paid cash. But we were charged $20 on our card. Very disrespectful and disappointed.

Waited 15 minutes for my tacos. Drove off. Then found out they were cold. Not cooked. Why was I waiting?

Both sandwiches were incorrect, the server sneezed on a drink and didn't offer a new one, no napkins or sauce provided, no receipt offered, old fries, and the server used a lot of profanity, when I was given food I wasn't told that was everything, so I just sat there until I was told I was holding up the "line"

They told me they no longer do monster tacos so I guess from now on I will spend my money elsewhere

Terrible service, cold food. Drive thru person was so rude. Cheese on tacos weren’t melted.
