Jack in the Box, St. Louis MO

The worst customer service experience I've ever seen it was down right ridiculous they were short and rude with me from the start I went inside the lady behind the counter very quickly asked me "what the hell was wrong with me" and informed me that the inside was closed when then sign clearly stated that the inside was open. I asked where I was supposed to pick up my Carry out order and she asked my name I told her she grabbed a bag and flung it at me. As usual I checked the order before I left and I was missing a sauce I showed her the bag as proof after they fixed that I counted my other items then the manager asked what my problem was I guess cause I was making sure my order was correct the worker told the manager about the sauce issue to which she instantly called me a liar I asked if they had ever even heard of customer service a field they were allegedly in and the worker told me that my $20 order didn't come with customer service and slammed the door shut I worked in fast food for years and would have been fired so quick for even one of the 5 things they did this place is a bunch of hood rat jerks I wouldn't go back there if you paid me the food was old the people are rude and it smelled like cat urine

It has been years since I had a breakfast jack. So I was walking past and thought one would be good. The doors to the lobby were locked, all of them at 10: 30 am on a Saturday. I've worked fast food years ago and even with 2 employees the lobby was open, the drive thru was open. Don't bother going here. Jack in the box will never get a single dollar from me ever again. But I did get some tasty McDonald's right down the street, IN THEIR OPEN LOBBY.

Went to order a chicken sandwich was told they didn’t have chicken sandwiches tried to order a wrap guy yelled “we don’t have anything chicken” how do you not have half the items on the menu and how am I supposed to know that. Went here one time last week entire staff needs to be fired. Bunch of losers working there terrible

I went there today with a coupon that says “no expiration date”. The lady refused to take it saying it had expired. If I understand the English language correctly, “no expiration date” means the coupon doesn’t expire. Our family worked very hard helping in the “Big brother big sister” program. As a thank you, they gave us this coupon. If “Jack in the box” wants to earn browny points by showing off that they help out the people of color, but don’t actually help them, that’s a shame on them! Very disappointing!
Stop pretending to help people of color! Just say you don’t care and you don’t want to help. At least then you are being honest.
I will never go there again. It’s a matter of honor and honesty.

If u could of gave it a worse review I would of the lady in the drive was rude and she was acting weird. She had us pull forwards 2 feet then back 2 feet. Worst service I have ever recieved.

Today's meal was special I had a ultimate cheese burger and my first bite I was like this was cooked right and I let it be known I thanked the entire staff for an excellent job!

Horrible closed a hour before time instead of saying they were closed they had me hold just to not take my order and then say they were closed and I was the only car in the drive thru customer service is really trash these days I’m opening my own restaurant so that customers don’t get treated as poorly as I did if you want jack in the crack don’t go yo this location bc they gone close when they want and not service the customers

I went to this facility and asked for a sausage egg n cheese croissant. I ordered a extreme sausage combo with an orange juice. Instead I got a sourdough breakfast with bacon, sausage, ham. I called up there and over heard the lady Angie arguing with another customer and told her she could leave. She told me to bring my sandwich back up there. I told her I was at work and I don't get off until 4. The man wasn't any help either. This establishment people are rude and disrespectful. I won't be going back. Every time I stop there my order is wrong. I ate my food I was hungry and it was nasty. The bread was hard and the hash brown was hard couldn't eat it. I wish I could rate them negative

Went on a trip from Illinois to St. Louis and was excited to try Jack in the Box for the first time, but was extremely disappointed. The lady working got mad and gave attitude when she couldn’t heard something I said in the drive thru. She then proceeded to yell at us to back up from the car at the drive through window even though we weren’t pulled up close. We ended up leaving due to her rude attitude and ate elsewhere.

Horrible customer service.the person at the counterwas on her cell phone phine and when I asked if she was taking orders she mumbled something and walked off.very unprofessional. If you don't like your job get another one

Everyday, they have an excuse not to make you food and be closed. Not sure what the employees are doing, but definitely not their job. One day it'll be 10-30 minutes before the system is up. The next I'll be the girl is down and we only have fryed items.
It's been like this for over a month. What's really going on at this store.
Just saying.

Hello i ordered 4 big breakfast platters i asked can it be fresh the lady said it’s cook to order ma’am.i can’t tell because all the pancakes was hard couldn’t bite them let alone eat them.the lady had a lil attitude…. Somethings u can’t control something you can.u can control your attitude and u can control how u cook that food because it was definitely over cooked
