14I went through the drive thru and it took forever whatever not trippin but then I get my order and they didn’t give me the large fry, my pregnant gf will only eat specific stuff and im hella pissed awnser the damn phone when customers call you, I know it won’t stop ringing now.
Always friendly service! Always but you have to try the avocado lime dipping sauce. I get tiny tacos almost every day just so I can eat it!
Staff is usually nice, food is just okay. Typically in the morning it usually taste reheated
As always, the staff is friendly and thorough. The food is always great and never made wrong, which is great considering different experiences I have had with other fast food chains. JiTB has never let me down, but this location is a long-time favorite!
This location just needs close permanently service has been terrible for years. I have not been to this location in over a year I figured I would give it another try today. Terrible mistake by me I was stuck in the drive through line for over 40 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me.once you are in the drive through line you can not pull away due to curbs that block you from pulling out of line.no apology for my ridiculous wait time and my food was cold and tacos were hard as a rock. I waisted $20.00 and 40 mins of my time and will never return to this location again.
Great service. Sadly i wont return to this location as long as its attached to that gas station with the ignorant clerks.
The people that work there have great customer service. They are always friendly. The food is of course fabulous as well
This had to have been the worst experience I've ever had. I personally have a deadly allergy and when i went the order i asked for the to be no ranch (which is what im allergic to) and they still put it on. When i went back and asked them to remake it for me because i physically couldn't eat it, they said because i didn't have my receipt (which they never gave me) they said there was nothing they could do so they not only nearly killed me but also screwed me out of 15 dollars. 0/10 wouldn't recommend
The service is extremely slow. I've been stuck in the drive-thru for more than 45 minutes before. There's nothing at this restaurant that takes that long to cook. There was only two cars in front of me.
If you're doing gig work and you're picking up food, even if it's inside and the daytime, they still take forever to get to you and don't start the order until after you get there.
There was a couple waiting to get three drinks filled because they said the soda machine was broke. After they gave her the cups and told her what drinks they wanted it still took almost 5 minutes just to get their drinks. I mean that's just ridiculous.
I am so thankful this Jack is still here. Others in the area have closed. The service at this one is by far better than any other I have been at. The people are kind, they don't rush you, and they don't make you feel bad if you have a big order. I have never had an issue with our orders, and the food is always hot.
Nighttime is definitely better than daytime. In the daytime you get warm Burger soggy fries middle-of-the-night hot Burger hot fries still better than most other places
Shake machine is "down" any given morning around 6am but conveniently back up later in the day. They're just to lazy to turn it on and don't wanna mess with it.
The mcdonalds a mile away will turn theirs on if you're the first to order that morning, lol.
I also legit waited 30+ minutes in the drive through. I didn't feel comfortable backing out or I'd have left before. It took over a half an hour. When there were 2 cars ahead of me.
So now they have new staff and it seems better but time will tell.update still holding strong with the 5 star
Everyone was super nice. Food was good, except the crunchy part of the tacos were kinda stale. I love Jack's!
