So I work late most the time and jack in the box is the only thing open and I have to go there most the time and my food is never right most the time it's not hot and all and all they juT make me mad! They are lazy and don't want to do their job. You need new employees that actually want and need a job!

Closed at 10pm due to being understaffed.
I should have learned my lesson the first time. Pulled up at 12: 30 in the afternoon on a Saturday and these idiots are out of!

Fast forward back again at 10: 30am on August 31 2023 and these people said they are only doing door dash! This place needs to be closed down until the get better management and owners! Zero stars!

Very slow and unorganized. Would not recommend and will not return. Kitchen did not look too clean either.

Tried their new double bacon burger. Burger was really dry, not worth the price at all. Always out of something.

Disorganized staff. Had extremely long wait even though no one was there. Got my order brought out in three different trips and still was incorrect.

Unfortunately here we have another chain restaurant that is struggling to keep employees and sacrificing food quality in the effort to save a few bucks. The problem with this is that it is always at the customers expense. I have always liked the chicken fajita pita from here but the last four times I have tried to order this menu item I have been told the employee that knows how to make it isn't in today. I always thought that everyone is trained on how to make each menu item. It's not rocket science by any means. It's grilled chicken stuffed in a pita shell with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese. They have discontinued monster tacos and the cheddar bacon wedges. Seems like when they have anything decent they are sure to discontinue it. All of these places have raised prices exorbitantly but lack quality and customer service to justify the increases. I don't know if this a look into the future of our post pandemic world or if things will ever go back to anything that resembles years prior. Locally all of the fast food restaurants are in a real struggle. They are being forced to cut store hours because of lack of staff. They are being forced to accept less than desirable employees because no one else wants to work. All of it is creating mass confusion. Customers don't know when these places are open or closed and will only make so many attempts to eat somewhere before they quit trying.

Delivered the wrong order and then said we have no manager. She was supposed to be here so there is literally nothing I can do about it.

I'm pretty much only get their tacos the two for a dollar and I love to get them in ranch sauce and it just depends if my stomach can handle it or not.

With all respect to the manager I know he tries his best they mess up my order every time I have to drive all the way back the wait time is way too long and it's just not a good experience

They forgot my sandwich I had to go all the way back on your try this new All-American Burger and a burger so hard and dry it's like they dropped it on the floor they make everybody wait they don't serve anybody out the window what is going on up in there I really want to refund for what I just bought I had to spit the food out. I've been to Jack in the box on the West Coast and I know they're not going anywhere but here in St Louis especially this one this is going to be the downfall of all of them.

Messed up our order, no receipt, missing food, so slow, understaffed, the only reason I gave 2 stars is because how nice and sweet the person was to take our order otherwise not worth going here
