Jack in the Box, O'Fallon MO

6: 30pm on a Saturday and the doors are all locked. I look inside and the workers are all wearing pajamas and laying around in the booths. The manager saw me at the door attempting to enter and looked at me like it was 3am and the dining room was obviously closed, then walked away. I already ordered online to pick up from inside so I go through the drive through and they haven't even started making it yet. The girl at the window was very nice.

Far and away the worst fast food experience I've ever had.
No one answered the drive through. When I went to the window, 2 kids looking stoned out of their minds just stared at us and eventually staggered to the window and had us drive around again.
Drove around again and no answer. Again. Finally someone mumbled that they couldn't hear us so we drove around. Waited another 25 minutes and none of what we ordered was close to accurate.
This was nothing short of a robbery of our 30 bucks. Pathetic beyond anything I've ever experienced.

Pretty disappointing to wait to have your order taken to then pull up to the window and see 4 teenagers running around behind the counter without a uniform with blankets draped around themselves. Random cursing also is a poor company policy.

Have mercy and give this place the Old Yeller treatment. It would have to seriously improve just to be abysmal. Foods cold, service sucks, wait times are horrendous, and the prices aren't even good anymore. Plus the doors are always locked and the buildings an eyesore.

I was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the microphone at 9pm then i was told they are “only taking online and doordash orders due to staffing problems. There was 1 other car in the drive thru and 3 cars in the parking lot while 2 employees sat in the drive thru. Just close down if you cant hire people that work.

Horrible service takes almost 30 minutes for an online order and it wasn’t even close to ready we saw 2 people doing nothing the owner should fire their manager because they aren’t doing their job get some better hires instead of some people that lock the doors and cashiers doing nothing I feel bad for the owner all because they can’t help what their employees do shut down for a little and get people who can do the job they also wait until your at the window to make the food

This has got to be the worst jack n the box in St. Louis. They are hardly ever open as late as it says they are. When we are able to order food it’s never right. I even go through the bag before I leave and there are always missing items. Then when I get home the burgers usually are not the way I asked for them. Save yourself the hassle of going to this dump. If it’s within 1-2 hrs of closing don’t expect them to answer and if they do they will say they are out of almost everything.

They should tear it down and put something else in its place. Ordered from the app, which was a surprise. Sometimes the app says they are not taking orders online. I arrived and the only person inside side said they were closed and of course this was after paying via the app. I made a claim for a refund and it's been 12 hours with no email confirming my complaint. The next closest location is too far out of the way, so good bye Jack, I don't think I'll miss ye. Hope you enjoy my $6.

Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes to get my order wrong. I have no idea what is wrong with this place, but the people at the window had an attitude when I was trying to tell them my order had two additional tacos on it. Only for them to tell me they were out of tacos. They sure weren't out when they took my order and charged me for them.

If I could rate this a negative I would. Took forever to get to the window. Once I got to it I was shocked at the attitude of the person whom I was apparently bothering. The food wasn’t the way I ordered it (burgers were not even cooked all the way through) and I tried calling them but no answer. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the product. I would have to say I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat anything from there but feel free to try it yourself. I would give it a negative rating if it was available.

This place always has an excuse as to why they can't serve non mobile orders. It's a shame that They don't put up any signs. The last restaurant in this town doing this was sonic and they are now Permanently closed

This jack in the box is absolutely useless. They are either really slow or not taking orders. The workers seem to hate there job and are never professional at all.

You never know when or if you can get a. Closes at different times everyday and out of ingredients to make food all the time. I understand difficulties these restaurants are facing post lockdown although as a business the need to find a way to adapt or the will not survive these challenges.

Update:
It was busy today but the drive thru moved along ok. Food was accurate and hot, a little sloppy (sourdough jack) and the cheese cake was frozen, but tasted alright.

Waited in drive-thru 20min. I was the 2nd car from the window. Pull to the front, lobby closed

Girlfriend went to get food for us, two little black kids working by themselves. Screaming and yelling in the store without caring about the customer sitting at the window. Then while they are jacking off not working one has the audacity to flirt and hit on my girlfriend when they work for minimum wage thinking they actually had a chance. Incredibly unprofessional and need to be fired immediately.
