4If I could give a negative 20 star review I would. Rodney is a bad manager. They've overcharged me thousands of dollar's in the past 3 years. Telling me if I get a plumber out here they'd sue me and to let them do their job's. I let them do their job's. Kept getting told it's normal for 2 people to use 10k gallons of water a month. Rodney laughed at me and said thanks for cushioning his retirement fund. Perry ain't any better these people don't care about the customer's. With the attitude of who else is going to supply water? $200 a month is outrageous. I'm going to contact problem solvers and the city on them. Surely I can't be the only one.
I’m not sure why this place has so many bad reviews, it had me nervous. The ladies at the water company answered the phone quick, helped me quick, were nice and got me taken care of in a few short minutes. Thank you again.
Service is good, but can someone explain why residents of Grandview MO have to pay $34 a month for sewage? When people in Raytown pay $18 bi-monthly?
Living in Grandview for years and lobby was open 5 days a week. Now open 3 days a week 6 hours. Terrible. Probably cut jobs back when they did it. Close it then. Pitiful
