Great place to walk around, have a picnic, take pictures, play catch, lay in a hammock, count the rabbits or free the ducks

It is excellent, good in all aspects, except for the small lakes.they need cleaning and more attention.

This is my favorite park in the city. It's very peaceful. Bring your hammock find a perfect spot under some shade and enjoy! Also, I have seen people let their dogs run around to play. Great place for people-watching too. Don't liter! The rose garden is an unforgettable scene when the sun is shining and when they are blooming. Bring a tennis racket if you want to. It may be another spot for you. ️

I love spending time at Loose Park! It's an extremely large park with a playground that is fun for the kids. I enjoy taking a good book for some good down time. The Rose Garden is absolutely beautiful when the many roses are in bloom and I luv being in tune with Mother Earth.

This place is amazing, but we went on hot summer day. There so many different flower from pink, red, white, yellow, red. Also be careful when touching them. So many thorns. The views was amazing and took couple pictures with my friend. Don’t know if we are allow to pick some flower to take home with us, but we did. The fountain in the middle gave it a best look and scenario. Wish they had some fish in there as well.

An oasis of peace & beauty in the middle of Kansas City. This is one of the most integrated places in KC, probably in all US. All size, shapes, ethnicities walk the paths & greet each other in neighborly fadhion, them we all stand in awe of the blooms in the world-famouse Rose Garden. A true treasure you must visit to appreciate

Fun lake on the Wornall side with gold fish and ducks (bring bread crumbs/old popcorn) : but pretty smelly,
otherwise clean of litter.

Love it here. So many families taking photos and couples getting engaged. There was definitely love and magic in the air, especially around the beautiful rose garden.

OMG. The food was amazing. I had philly cheese steak and I order some wings. They did over cook my chicken wings but other than that. The environment was ok. Just a cool little hang out spot.

Asked them if we could have a very small gathering for a baby gender reveal with just a few people and a balloon and they said a firm NO.and if we did we’d have to pay A LOT of money. Completely ridiculous. What are they afraid of? I think it was because my wife is Latin and they’re probably prejudice and assume since she’s latina they’ll bring 100 people. Ridiculous.
