Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis

Zach and Adam, thank you for a professional job installing my new Jacuzzi shower surround and fixtures. The installation was completed quickly by Zach and Adam. My bathroom looks 100% better and is beautiful.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a great job installing the new tub in our bathroom. Darren, Seth, and Adam were great! They are hard workers who did an excellent job in one day.

Zach and Leonard were excellent installers. Responsive to my requests. Tub to shower remodel. Results are great.

We are the proud owners of a new Jacuzzi walk-in shower - finally. Our salesman, Travis, answered all our questions and helped us stay at our price. Our installers (Zach, Joe and Dakota) were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. We had 2 problems, however. #1: After tearing our old shower out they discovered the custom pan was too big. They had to order another one - that took 1 1/2 weeks. #2: When they came back to install the shower, and were almost done, the shower door was too big. Had to order another door. After 2 more weeks, it's finally done. Installers did a beautiful job. But 1 day installation missed the mark by almost a month. We did get extra shelves to compensate. Glad we had another shower.

Zack and Adam were amazing. They were very polite and informed us every step of the way, and work so hard to get the shower just right. They even went so far as to put a backsplash behind the toilet, matching the shower, which was not expected. I highly recommend Jacuzzi.

They were excellent. It’s was great quality work. They were very professional. My shower looks great. All around amazing definitely recommend.

Our experience was great and the installation crew was fabulous. Very helpful and took their time to make sure everything was right.

Zach and Adam were on time and hard workers. A couple of issues were promised to be addressed after their job was completed

Darren and Seth were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The Jacuzzi brand has quality products and service at a good value.

Beware the Sales Reps - awful experience. Wouldn't work with them eve if they WERE the best product and service out there because of these two guys.

Sales Reps, Joe and his cohort (I can't recall his name), were SO unprofessional. After taking initial measurements, they gave their presentation on their products. Then informed me that NO other company has 100% in-house employees, makes their own products, or has a proper lifetime warranty. After giving a high initial quote of $21k, saying they don't make the prices, they managed to find discount after discount ($18k, $16k, $12k).

When I said I was not making a decision that day as they were the first bid I had gotten, and needed to meet with a few other companies first, they began to badmouth several other companies by name, and to badger me about my decision process "did you test drive other cars before getting this one? " "how did you decide on a company to redo the roof? " Each time I explained that I was not going to commit to them until I'd met with other companies so I could compare products and services, they responded with "Nobody ever comes back to pay more money. "

After being in my home for 2.5 hours, the last hour badgering me, I had to directly ask them to leave.

Turns out both other companies I met with use 100% in-house employees, make their own products comparable to Jacuzzi, and offer a far more complete lifetime warranty than Jacuzzi - materials AND labor, no house call fee, transferable to a new owner... I ended up choosing the company they laughed hardest about because they have just as high a quality product which they make themselves, offer the same install service, with some better materials behind the wall, better features in the shower, better warranty, and in the end, their sales guy was professional and not a total @$$ to me. Oh, and both other companies were able to come in at the same $12k after just a bit of discussing and haggling.

Leah D & David came over to remodel my restroom bath. I’m a first time homebuyer and they made the process really easy, and comfortable. I thought a whole crew would come in and do the remodel but Leah and David had the knowledge and skills needed of a whole crew to remodel the whole thing. As a house from the 70s They did not let any complications stop them, they worked through them properly and were done in a timely manner. Sooner then expected. Thank you to both of them!

Our installers George R and Garret B did an outstanding job with the installation of our new shower conversion.
Both were knowledgeable, friendly and quick to answer all questions presented to them. They thoroughly explained the care and maintenance criteria and when the job was completed, they did an excellent post project clean up.
