What a great operation! We made a reservation for a Tuesday several weeks in advance. The communication was great by email, although it was challenging to get anyone by phone. Email responses were same day both times I had questions. An older gentleman, who I believe was the owner, saw we had 12 people for two rafts including some larger men, so he offered a third raft for no extra charge so we would be more comfortable. Bus driver was fun and personable (Josh). They helped to give us landmarks so we would know how far we had traveled and how much further we had to go. We got to Pulltite by 4: 45 pm and the staff was there ready for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Jadwin for our next float!

Great place to go for all your floating needs. Jadwins has great canoes, kayaks, rafts, and tubes to rent for whichever float trip you have planned. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and you can trust them to take you to the start of your float and bring you back when it's done. I have used Jadwin canoe rental for many years, and 100% recommend them.

Had a youth group with a very small budget. They helped get us on the river as cheap as we could and they went above and beyond to give us a great float!

Nice river, nice staff, had a blast but missed our exit and rode the 20 mile. Lots of cool things along the way.

Called them up to see if they would take me and my two friends on a float. Upon calling, the rude woman on the phone all but laughed at us and simply said "no" without much explanation. I guess the group was too small for it to be worth their time. We were looking for an outfitter that we could take larger parties to in the future, but we definitely won't bother with Jadwin ever ever.

Just got back from our 2nd day trip to jadwin in 3 weeks. Today was much colder than 3 weeks ago but had just as much fun! It’s always a good time when we float on the current river and rent from jadwin. They are friendly, reasonable rates and just a great family feel! We will continue to come back over and over! Thanks guys for making today another great trip!

We were not picked up because our ticket wasn't given to the bus driver. This made my family and I get on the river late.

The owner was verbally abusive after getting off the bus from pick up. Cussing in front of children blaming us for being late.

They are fabulous! We (7 of us) showed up right before last bus for tubing. They left it up to us if we went out because it was chilly and sprinkling. Staff is fun and friendly helped us get out to the river quickly. It’s not a “loop” so you don’t have to ride a bus several times to have a fun day on the river. Second day was even better (we were on time) with the early bus. Nice long lazy day on the river with friends and family. Fun bus rides too with music
