What sets this Gold Crown retailer apart from others is outstanding customer service. For example, I was in the shop this week and a customer was picking up a large ornament order (July Keepsake Release). The staff was diligent in ensuring all the requested ornaments were included, helped the customer pick out any additional ornaments desired from store inventory, and made sure the customers order for the October Keepsake Release was amended to include additional ornaments. The associates are always helpful, friendly, pleasant, and work hard to meet customer needs. Great atmosphere and enjoyable place to shop. Well Done.

Just don't like shopping here anymore. Used to love shopping here when they had very fun, personable staff. New manager seems all about the sale and just lacks a welcoming personality. Still have quality gifts in the store but i don't enjoy browsing them. Sad.

Love it go in there whenever I need a card and someone is always quick to help me what I need to find.
