Jason's Deli, Lee's Summit MO

We’re semi regulars here, I like the build your own salad it’s huge for $9.99. We tried the lobster bisque today and it was pretty good. The desserts are great also! Pick up is quick also.

This Deli has reached an all time low. Starting with the ordering it was clear they had no clear knowledge of the menu. The salad bar was just ok and probably the best thing we ate. Our sandwiches we’re supposed to be served hot and when they arrived they were cold and unappealing. They offered to heat up which made me worry how that might happen, but we agreed and in a few minutes they were returned to the table in much the same condition. The bread tasted like 3 day old stale bread and the meat was dry and so tough it was inedible. I’m talking shoe leather tough. I know prices have gone up and I’m really willing to pay the extra for quality food. This wasn’t quality! We were unhappy with the value of food having spent over $23 for a sandwich and one trip salad bar that was way below average. Average might have been good. This was Poor. Won’t be going back again and don’t know why anyone would choose this with so many really good choices in the area.

Tried something new and of course the gingerbread. Always delicious.

Great selection, service and food. I always love the selection at the salad bar and the gingerbread. Today was a chicken basil pinini and salad bar (manager's special).
