Jay Key is the best in the area. I've gone to then since 1972 when I worked next door to them on South Street.

This place is awesome. The employees I encountered were very delightful. The services I required were executed swiftly & accurately. Pricing was pleasant. I highly recommend this family owned & operated business. Definitely will be coming back for any keys & vehicle faubs made & or programed.

Service was phenomenal!

There was a locked alarm system box in my home that triggered the alarm to go off every 3 hours. The previous owners installed it, but I was left with no key or pass code to disable the thing when I moved in.

When I initially called, the man who answered asked a lot of questions about my security lock to ascertain whether there was a way to get in before scheduling an appointment. It felt like they were genuinely trying to help me with my problem rather than trying to charge me for an unnecessary service. I really appreciated that!

They were here within a couple hours of my call! The locksmith was very friendly and efficient. He got up on a ladder and got that box opened and the lock replaced within a few minutes! He even made me a new set of keys from his van! Its a huge relief to have that thing opened and disconnected.

I was worried about the cost of hiring a locksmith to come out to help, since we live outside the city limits, but the prices were fair. They drove out of town, arrived within 2 hrs, opened and replaced my security lock, and make me 2 new keys for under $100, so I'm happy.

This shop is amazing! We accidentally locked our lockbox keys in our lockbox on our truck. We pulled in and the service tech came right out. He got it opened and made us 4 extra keys right there on the spot. Highly recommend this company. Fantastic service!

Excellent service. They charged $35 to cut a key and program a remote for my 2016 chevy. I supplied the key and remote. Chev dealer wanted $125 to just program the remote!

Best key service company in town. I have used them for several properties needs from just needing keys made to full property lock changes or mastering of systems. All of them are nice, patient, and have been working there for many years. It says something when you have a great group of people like they have.

So I called a competitor in town (cannot remember the name of the company) and asked to get some locks re-keyed. They said the locks were so old that they could not re-key them, but I would have to purchase new locks and they would install them. Fortunately I messed up and forgot who I called and stumbled on Jay Key Service. They admitted that I had not called them but if I wanted they could come out and look at the locks. Tory went above and beyond and saved me hundreds of dollars $$$, shared a lot of wisdom, was incredibly quick and professional! I will be using Jay Key Service for any lock issues. Oh and one thing they did was install an amazon smart lock for $40 CHEAPER than amazon charged!? !? !?
