JC Car Care & Tire - North, St Charles MO

Just stopped by JC's for the first time to get my safety and emissions inspection. The online scheduling was quick and convenient and was one of the main reasons I chose JC's over other locations. The inside waiting area is extremely clean and welcoming with comfy seating. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly and helpful. The inspection process was hassle-free, and they had me in and out in just under 45 minutes. I'm happy I chose JC's, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here for other services in the future.

I don’t like it when it’s time to renew plates. I dread all the goes with it. But I called JC auto and the guys were great. Had appointment and they were right on time and I was out in 20 minutes

Always get my cars fixed in a timely fashion. The people are nice here and I trust when they find something wrong. This is my go to car place.

I was very happy they were able to give me an appointment in a short amount of time. New customer. They were very friendly. Had to have several things taken care of. Car seems to be running fine. (Knock on wood)

Was told by an Infiniti shop that I needed a new transmission at a cost of over $7000 as my vehicle struggled to climb any grade without bucking pretty hard. They said it may not even drive it they drained and refilled the transmission fluid and that the manufacturer was advising against changing transmission fluid as it is a closed system. I didn't buy into that as all fluids were eventually break down. Took my QX80 to JC Car Care and they performed a complete flush and fill (was told that the old fluid was black and and no longer good) and drove it away with ZERO issues and it now runs like a new vehicle! I believe manufacturers warn against changing transmission fluid so the system will completely breakdown and people will either get a new transmission or just get a new vehicle. Can't recommend JC Car Care enough!

JC Car Care North did a good job on my car, the place is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
