JCPenney, Dardenne Prairie MO

My wife and I walked in and there was no one to greet us or help us shop or make decisions. So, we left without buying anything! JCPenney is not the same company that Mr. Penney established in 1902!

I Love this location. The Cashiers are always FRIENDLY and NICE The manager Dawn is ALWAYS HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY (everytime Im there) and ALWAYS SO HELPFUL Keep up the Fabulous Customer Service Ladies - I APPRECIATE YOU ALL You make a difference with customers experience at your location

I’ve been a shops for over 50 yrs. Well no more. Store inventory low! Phones not answered. Online orders too long to arrive. Customer service calls are overseas! Can’t get proper help or good service anymore!

We get my daughter's homecoming dress here every year. The sweetest lady checked us out the other night. She was so helpful.

Sorry JC Penney, you are going down hill. You sold my wife and I a guaranteed wedding ring set. You chose not to fix it when the stones fell out. IT IS OUR WEDDING RING THAT WE WERE MARRIED WITH. Keep your money and useless guarantee. NEVER shopping there again.

Absolutely awful they were so rude and just stared and followed us around the store never going again and do not recommend

This is a hidden treasure, this is a beautiful well stocked store, very neator organized. Wife was looking for curtains so we took a drive about three miles to showing center. We lived here about 12 years ago and totally forgot about this shopping center but we found it again and will be using it and other stores.
Want to see a very nice store go to JC Penny's you got to stop by.

This place is awful! I came here to find a nice pair of shoes to style out in, and found one, yes one shoe. I tried getting help from this short kid that seemed like a nice young man. This young mans name was Ryan Pettig and he was just terrible. I asked him for the brand of shoe and he told me in quotes "use your eyes". I was in pure shock when I heard those words come out of his mouth. I reported the incident and stomped out of the store! I am never coming back.

Finally found what I needed at JC Penney. Don't like buying clothes on-line so really like going to a store.

The lady checking us out was wonderful! Wish there was more availability for clothes. Selection was limited.

Sandra did a fabulous job with our holiday family photos. She was kind and patient despite having a line out the door and missing some of her staff.

Disappoinnted that there is no petite department. Every time I find something I like in a regular size and ask someone to order it in a petite size we find it's sold out. - And I don't care how nice a cashier is, if they're chomping on chewing gum with their mouth open, I'm backing away to avoid their spit. So unprofessional and unsanitary. Cashiers don't spent all their time behind those little plexiglass barriers that only cover part of their checkout lane.

Its funny and year a go I summer I was complaining about how hot inside the building was.now it's the opposite.

I would give Negative stars if that was possible, still.

I think the store manager, Alica (?) Needs to get on the phone with the nearest heating and air conditioning place. Still.its 27*-37 outside

And it looks like the few workers are going to become human icicles all in coats.
