Wasn't that impressed. They had little to offer as far as bargains. The clothing seems cheap and generic. The clearance rack was junk. Most of the casual clothing is overpriced Levi's brand. I find better deals online direct or Amazon.
Even the name brand stuff they had on the shelves looked lower quality than the same name brand items I buy online. For example, I ordered wrangler jeans online, the JCPenny wrangler jeans looked to be lower quality denim. Although they were a few bucks cheaper I would rather have the better quality.
The store just seems depressing and like it's dying. Maybe that's why they were closing at 630pm on a Saturday.
Was a waste of time, I would recommend buying online or from a different store.

I don’t recommend ever using their online shipping system. I had my old address on my account when I ordered something online and didn’t notice it until the next day. I called Jcpenny customer service To see if they could cancel the order or change the address on the order. They said they weren’t able to cancel the order as it’s past 30 minutes and they can’t change the address on the order even though it hasn’t left their warehouse yet.they told me to call UPS and have them change the address. UPS wants to charge you an additional fee for changing an address on an order. UPS says to call Jcpenny they can change the address. I don’t understand how hard it is to change an address on the order if you can verify everything you need to ensure them that you are the person that place the order and need to change the address. I am not going to be receiving that package, yet they can’t dispute or return the money back onto my card as I did not receive the product that I paid for. Every person I talk to, I couldn’t understand, not their fault, but Jcpenny’s.

The state put my 3 grandsons in our protected custody. Then gave us 3-$150 vouchers 2buy clothes for them. I was able to get 4pairs of shorts, 5shirts, 1pair of pants, 6pair of socks, 6pair of boxers &1pair of shoes for the 6yr old. Not to bad. Then the 2older boys tried to shop, but wasn't able to get much due to the higher price for their sizes. They only got 2shirts, 1pair of sweats &4pairs of socks each. Not happy at all. I really don't think it's JC Penny's fault. The state should have known that the older boy's clothes would cost more &should have given them more money on their vouchers.

Fitting room in women's area was closed; had to locate a clerk to ask if there was a fitting room open. There was and it was in the Junior Department. It would be helpful to customer if you posted on the closed fitting room where an open fitting room is located. The room I was in was filthy: carpet needed vacuumed/cleaned, the door needed washed (at least) and the whole area needed a fresh coat of paint. Disgusting.

We just went here the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting the paper towels and soap weren't even in the dispensers, dried pee all over the toilets. We let the manager know and she was very rude and didn't even care. We will not be back to this JC Penny location.

We were not in store but the hair salon. What staff there was did a good job. Most seemed to care that worked there. The next time I went in the hairdresser I requested stood me up. Mark took care of me was great taking over. I think I will look for someplace a little more caring and appreciative of your business. Not anything to do with Mark who picked up slack. He even called my lady but SHE didn't care enough to come in when my appointment was on the books for a few days. Mark, in the picture was great. Maybe I will stay with him.

They had great options and good prices, the escalator was so fun! HUGE SELECTION. 2 STORY STORE. They also have clothes for tall and wide people. So helpful for my husband. The jewelry is beautiful.

We really like the jewelry department, nice pieces and good sales.
Unfortunately the website says they close at eight, we double checked since we were driving 45 minutes. Got there and they told us to hurry and leave because they close at seven! They didn't care what the website said and just had an, oh well happens all the time and we won't fix it attitude. Seriously! Just change the online posted times of business!
Had to go back the next day to complete our purchase. Kinda frustrating.

I couldn't believe how run down this store looked! The carpet was filthy, the walls were gross, the shelves looked dated, hardly any customers and I could see why quickly. This was once a high class place now it looks worse than the good will store by far!

If I had wanted to go to the beauty school to have a student put in a perm, I would have! I paid $100.00 for a perm that took in some places. She didn't know what size of perm rods to use.
She had to ask. Them it took one hour and fifteen minutes to roll. She didn't get perm solution on the bottom rolls. Then she didn't know how to cut layers on hair. Oh my gosh! Needless to say, I am not happy with my perm.

Haven't been in J C Penney in very long time the store has changed but they had some good deals
