Like everyone else they are having staffing issues but they worked with us and got beautiful pictures of my boys!

If I could give negative stars I would. My granddaughter (7 months) pics looked great when photographer showed them to us. When we got them they were head shot with no body, blurry hands, half a picture. Paid $$ for pics that I could have literally taken myself.

Think twice before you commit to JcPenney and here is why.
We have used JcPenney Portraits for five years with multiple photo sessions within any given year. Every single time there seems to be some kind of issue with getting our photos. This years experience has been the worst to date. We went in for a Christmas card photo shoot on Thursday and selected one print and a digital downloadable album. 24 hours passed, 48 hours passed yet no digital album on shutterfly after receiving multiple emails stating your photos are ready for download. Spent hours trying to get in touch with Shutterfly customer service and when I finally reached an agent they informed me they couldn't find the photos and I needed to contact Lifetouch to resolve the issue. I spent over 7 hours trying to contact Lifetouch customer service via phone and their online agent. No one ever answered the phone and their online chat agent stated agent offline. A full six days later I was finally able to get in contact with a Lifetouch agent who tried to manually upload our photos to Shutterfly to no avail. She finally had to send photos directly to my email which worked but 8 photos were missing. Sent an email requesting the 8 omitted photos but still have not received a reply and still waiting.
Now, if you have problems do not expect the studio to go out of their way to assist you. When I called the Fenton location I spoke to a young guy named Dalton who was the manager. He stated there was nothing he could do and I needed to contact Lifetouch and Shutterfly. When that did not surfice, I asked to speak to his supervisor who happens to be a District Manager named, Mollie Flanagan, he stated he would speak to her and refused to give me her name or contact information. Mollie Flanagan wasn't professional enough to call me direct and offer to resolve the issue and hid behind young Dalton. Trying to reach out to others above Ms. Flanigan such as General Manager Todd Marshall, VP Sales Andy Panos or V. P. Operations Dave Potente yielded no response.

Finally, I had to demand a full refund which was another ordeal in itself.

Here's my final thought, why would you want to waste your time with a company who doesn't care about your photos or your precious memories. Especially a company who will not guarantee you get what rightfully paid for? It seems no two parts of this company knows what the other is doing. You might pay a little more but find you a local photographer. You will have less headaches and actually get your photos and there is a higher probability they are much better in quality.

Think twice before bringing your family out here. They are very rude here, they always seem to have one problem or another. We have been coming to JC penny for year a but have never been to this location and will never be back.

Come back here for my second baby newborn session. So disappointed with the staff, rushing us through process, get me out of the door as quick as 20 minutes. Not many pictures was taken. Waste my time and money. For sure I won’t be back. Lacking of staff and hiring unprofessional employees is a real problem. I have been using this location for my first baby from newborn till he turn 1. Everything is so different now.

We went for a newborn shoot. They didn’t take very many photos, (and we’ve used JCP in many locations, several times) and were super hasty. No impressed with this location, and Won’t be going back. We settled for just okay pictures.

I tried making an appointment months in advance for a large group and was told it was walking only. With an out of town family visiting, we only had the 1 day available and now are unable to do the family portraits. I will not use them ever in the future.
