4Do not go here. We got my granddaughter's hair cut here. The cut was so choppy.unfortunately, I did not notice until we left. We asked for a cut and to thin it out. The stylist, Liz has no clue how to thin out or give layers. Will NEVER go back! JcPenney used to have quality hair stylists.not anymore!
Took my lil girl there for back to school hair cut. Could not have been happier with results and price. Will was great and I'll be requesting next time we go!

I saw Linda who is extremely talented! I haven’t been this happy with a haircut for years! Linda cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She did a wonderful job! I will be booking another haircut appointment with the lovely Linda - - a pleasure to talk to and be with! I am SO happy I found her!
