JED Transportation, Hazelwood MO

I used JED Transportation for round trip airport transfer and I was extremely satisfied with the services of both drivers. Each time the gentleman were easy to locate, prompt, friendly, and efficient. Communication from the company was clear and seamless. Will definitely use again when I'm in the area!

We are so glad we chose Jed Transportation when booking shuttles for our son's wedding. They were so easy to work with. Our guests said the shuttle drivers were gracious, accommodating and went out of their way for people. We couldn't possibly be happier. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

We contracted JED in January 2022 to provide a party bus limo for our wedding in October 2022 - 10 months in advance. The week of our wedding we called JED to confirm the details of our event. Upon us reaching out to JED, JED informed us that our bus was broken and we had been moved to a charter bus. JED did not proactively communicate this to us. Had we not called them, I’m not sure we would’ve found out until the day of our wedding.

At no point did JED work to find a more agreeable solution than putting us on a completely different style of bus. We were frustrated but told there was nothing JED could do. Regardless, JED told us we could treat the charter bus as a party bus by bringing coolers of beer and playing our music thru its speakers. On the day of our wedding, the coolers did not fit on the bus due to the narrowness of the entrance and the bus was not equipped with Bluetooth nor an AUX cord so we could not play music.

All around terrible communication and failure to meet even close to the agreed upon service.

Unbelievably amazing! We would give them 100 stars if we could. We used them for transportation for our wedding day, both as a party bus for the wedding party and also for guest transportation from hotel to reception and back. The fantastic customer service was the start as they were very easy, accommodating, and gracious to deal with for booking them and going through the details. But when they big day came, they blew it out of the water. Our driver, Gregory, aka Bull, went above and beyond for every single person that enter the bus. He provided a very crucial add to the bus that we had forgotten as well, water. He helped our every need inside and out of the bus, was extremely efficient on timing, and super personable as well. We will be telling EVERY SINGLE PERSON we know getting married and needing anything to do with transportation going forward to use Jed!

Do not work here.i was employed here for 4 days, i ignored a bunch of red flags that i should not have.they are never straight about pay.they call it 25 an hour, bc you will be out for 10 hours, only transport for about 4 hours and make 100.thats 10 buck an hour not 25.cindy (owner) is the only one i really interacted with, she tried to bully me into continuing to work for them, using flawed logic.when i called her on it, she gave up.very toxic place that will do whatever to avoid paying you a fair wage.

We recently chartered a bus to take us to Washington DC for our Family Reunion. We had to have 2 drivers and they were both terrific. Chuck and Mary were both professional and courteous. Kudos to them.

I am part of a university recreational club that pays ~$10k each semester for transportation at the same time at the same place every week. More often than not, JED's buses do not show up, arrive late, or are canceled the day before. The people are always nice and I wish I could write better things, but I would recommend looking elsewhere for reliable bus service until things are improved at JED.

Very unprofessional and very unorganized company. When you talk to them to book the bus, they are definitely helpful and willing to communicate but once you sign the papers and they have the money your issues no longer matter. My husband and I got married on September 18th, 2021, the bus was on time picking my husband up from his destination, but the bus broke down. My husband had to try and fix the bus on his wedding day, the bus was late to pick up the girls at our hotel. They sent another bus but by that time I was indeed late to getting to the church. We paid for a nice bus and got one that was not what we paid for. The driver could not drive she almost hit a semi-truck and could not drive something that size. We ended up being late to the reception all because of the issues the company was having from the beginning. That Monday I called to talk to a supervisor, and I kept being told someone would call me. It's been 4 months and I still have not heard from them, not even an apology for the mishap. Very unprofessional and definitely not worth it the trouble. Please choose any other company!

Very nice people that work there very friendly and helpful but so much stuff at that place doesn't work and that's terrible and people blame the people that work there and it's just not their fault so get that stuff fixed especially the sweet iced tea machine it's brand new and it still doesn't work come on folks you got a business to run

We booked the Trolley for our wedding party to all be on so we could stop at local parks to take pictures in St. Charles, MO. When we originally booked the Trolley it was through a different company but then changed hands to JED. They honored our initial agreement and contract which was super nice. However, the drive was not so great. I had sent in the exact names and address in the order of the stops but the driver kept asking me where we were going. She acted like she did not know the itinerary (which was sent in via email beforehand and was printed on the receipt at the end). Also, her driving was a little erotic - she would make very sudden stops and turns a few times which almost sent me, in my white dress flying, one time. She was not overly friendly either. Also, she did not drop us of at the right place that was agreed upon. It worked out because we were able to get some good and unexpected pictures at the place we were dropped off but it also meant that our wedding party had to walk to the Katy Depot for the dinner, when they should have been dropped off right there. With all that being said, our wedding party had an awesome time while on the Trolley. Definitely some good laughs and memories but the logistics of it didn't work. I would recommend a Trolley type experience for bridal parties, but make sure the driver knows where they are going.

One of their vans with no plates sped up to prevent me from merging on to the highway then proceeded to flip me off, doesn't seem like they are very good drivers.

Always professional great service always on time Since I use them twice a week for 45 plus weeks a year you can’t get any more reliable than that! They never miss a pickup!

He advised that Reva would take my
trip details and take it from here. Reva
was great as well! She set things up
and my VIP Clients were very impressed! She gave my Clients the
“Red Carpet Treatment”. I advised Reva
that I will now book Ground with her

If I could provide 10 stars I would. Joe Newman was exceptional and took great care of us from the moment he arrived. Pre-ride communication was always prompt and informative. The entire JED team has our gratitude.

Our driver Eugene was on time and drove us safely to Fast Eddy’s and back. It started snowing on the way home and he kept us safe.

Our driver was very accommodating very polite and the overall experience was excellent I can definitely give a five star rating for this and will request him again if I am ever in need of this service
