Jefferson City Dental Care

All I needed was a tooth pulled. Apparently that is too difficult for them. Didn’t he go to school for this? It’s not like I need a root canal or anything. SMDH

I had three teeth pulled. Dr. Johnson and staff were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Zero pain. For all those who suffer from the dentist visit fear this is the place to go to. May turn your fear to a hobby.
Overall a fantastic experience. Definitely will be back.

My dad has been waiting for his dentures for about 2 months since his teeth were pulled. He paid for them about 5 months ago too. He's going thru a lot trying to eat without teeth.

Updated: Thanks for your response. I know he wants the dentures made, I just know he's been struggling a lot without teeth. I know he wants to go thru with getting them fit comfortably. Please, continue with the adjustments and so forth as he's really looking forward for the end product. I just want him to have good quality of life.

The clerical staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The young lady who has served as my dental hygienist for the past seven years is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and friendly.

Was not impressed. I had 3 extractions. 2 molars. I was in so much pain. No pain meds were prescribed. Tylenol did not touch my pain. They never called to check on me. I will never go back.

I am a new patient and I was amazed at the kindness, and friendly staff. Dr. Justin was lovely and gave me my smile back. I can’t recommend them more!

First visit today. I received a cleaning a cleaning and exam. The hygienist, Dr Johnson and office executive upon the end of the visit were all great! I received just the right information I needed, not too much or too little, to further my treatment plan. I left feeling as though they valued my time and never left me waiting. I had been with my previous dentist for many years and didn’t think I would be able to replace what I had…I am hoping I found what I had!

There were pros and cons. The con happened early when I was given an incorrect amount for my dental needs plus partial. Many got figured out. I love my partial, unfortunately I believe I now need a root canal because a cavity wasn’t filled timely.

Superior care and state of the art dentistry here. I have never had a better experience going to “the dentist” 6 out 5 Stars!

From the friendly ladies that help as you walk in, to the assistants and hygienists, to the dentist himself, this practice is more than you could ask for. They greet and treat you like a friend, and are constantly truly exceptional in their care for people. Dr. Johnson deserves the highest of praise for what he has created here, and it's impossible to fully articulate the thorough yet somehow comforting care he exhibits to leave you with beautiful smile that feels and looks great. Even my 11 year old loves it here. We will never go anywhere else! Thank you all

Absolutely love this dentist office! Everyone is so polite, respectful and nice. They get you the treatment you need and do not up sell you on extra procedures or x-rays unless it is absolutely necessary. They are quick and efficient.

I've been attending to Jefferson City dental Care for the last five years excellent service excellent people great place to get your dental care.

I was staying in the hotel across from their office for work. While there I had some intense tooth pain. I called their office within 20 minutes of the call they had me in a chair coming up with a plan to fix the pain. From the front desk to all employees in back office they were all very helpful and super nice. Highly recommend visiting this office for any dental work you need done.

I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO ANYBODY NOT EVEN FOR MY DOG! THEY TRIED TO SEND MY SON HOME WITH A HALF DONE PROCEDURE. MOUTH ALREADY NUMB. DIDNT DISCUSS PAYMENTS UNTIL AFTER HIS WAS ALREADY IN THE CHAIR WITH A NUMB MOUTH. JUST NOT PROFESSIONAL OR ORGANIZED! I WOULD RATE IT A 0 STAR BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION. ALSO TRIED TO TREAT MY SON LIKE HE WASNT GONNA PAY AT TIME OF SERVICE. VERY RUDE AND TACKY TO SEND A PT HOME WITH A HALF DONE PRCEDURE! YOU CAN SAY YOU DONT HAVE A RECORD OF MY SERVICES LIKE YOU DID THE OTHER NEGATIVE COMMENTS. I'LL POST PICTURES IF I HAVE TOO!
